Have just bought a Little Brother Montgomery CD and the sleeve notes say that Vicksburg Blues is one of the most difficult Blues to play, because the two hands are doing different things and that very few apart from Little Brother attempted it - you seem to have managed it Ok - brilliant performance
I remember reading that same description about the difficulty because of the two hands playing different rhythms....I never quite understood what he meant, to be honest. But I learned it many years ago now, and can't remember what was initially most challenging.
This is incredible. On the basis of two videos I am now a lifelong diehard Ethan Leinwand fan.
Thanks, man! 44's is one of my all time favorite tunes to play, so I'm glad this was one of the two tunes 🙂
You got rhythm, you got the chops. Thanks for sharing this, great stuff!
Just great.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. Thanx man, that hit the spot.
peace
This is the real deal!!
Great. My kind of thing
