I used to pass this area on my way to work some years back and I could see one of the houses had a massive pink bunga kertas plant. Beautiful contrast to the all white facade without being overwhelming.

Tak pernah tahu ada bungalow boleh disewa with such good ID. Nampak sangat belum capai that level huhu, but good to know there is and Im sure the rent might 5 figure / month as well. Worth it. Balik2 rasa macam heaven sebab so beautiful to the eye.
I have hotel toilet layout in my residence pun rasa dah nyaman dah. Apatah lagi ada ID best macam ni.
Yup good ID always sparks joy for me too!
Selling point- big built-up, colonial arch, swimming pool, big window = good lightning, good n safe ID idea n colour scheme - giving tenant to do their own project n play creativity, lot of rooms- can make to our purpose such entertaiment, office ,study or even prayer room, separate kitchen, en-suite bathroom, jack n jill batroom, powder room, double vanity, lots of storage, custom made cabinetry, nice n spacious master bed...grand entrace to walking wardrobe straight to bathroom, luxury bath tub, so much space to explore, play n run inside n outside i mean for kids laa!!..
Downside- no elevator ( for elderly or disable person esp), foyer need to be updated - big but bland.
i do hope you can give a little highlight on surrounding area, amnities, privillages etc...well... i enjoy ur review anyway..

I won't take it even if you give it for free. I am quite happy with my three-room apartment. Spending time watching TV and having a small snack with Teh Tarik with my family in the living room area is the happiest moment of my life. A gargantuan house will make me go searching for my wife and children in my own house.

not a friendly for older people, if you are hungry or want have drink you need to go up and down , if maid need to mop and clean each floor also not practical to bring equipment , back yard for kids playing gardening not so sure cannot see in a video , but overall is a very beautiful house ;)

Yup it is freehold and malay reserve. The bungalows are all out, sold out n rented. They have some other units available like semi d’s last i checked

I think this might be the reason why ppl with big houses love to organize get together party, sleep over, dinner whatsoever. To make the house warmer & merrier. My boss ‘a Datin’ used to invite me to come to her house in Shah Alam as I’m the only employee who also live there. She even say if you’re boring or you dont know what to eat just come to my house & eat.

Rumah macam ni every single week kena panggil cleaning companies untuk bersihkan rumah.
Nak bersihkan sendiri memang tak larat lah. Zaman muda, ada anak kecil sampai 20-22 tahun sesuai lah.
Once anak semua dah kahwin dan duduk tempat lain, tinggal berdua je. Memang sunyi sepi lah
