Amazing house detailing, especially the key point that it is super muslim friendly makes it more homie. Never had a sight of someone giving a house tour with tongkat, must be tough but you still did it haha. Nevertheless, the future new owner must be super lucky to own the entire land built up “mansion” i’d say. Thanks for filming this! Great explanation too, as always!

I like the house outdoor concept where the main door, garage and garden is separated with a wall which gives more privacy, for example when tending to the garden or just relaxing and block the view of the cars and inside of the house from the outside. Btw how many millions RM is this house for sale? Is there a reason you stopped telling the price already in your videos?
Awwwh, yup cant agree more :) This house is selling at RM4.3million! No particular reasons, just that I feel its more chilled without mentioning. And that more of a nice watch of a tour without the price being mentioned. What do u think? Should I keep the prices up or not? Thankss!
@@ishraqkamarudin I don't know abt others, but me personally I like it better when the price is mentioned cuz it gives the viewer an idea of how 'affordable' a nice house is or just a nice to know info of the general market value of such properties in such location. btw 4.3m is not bad considering the quality and workmanship of the house.
