No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe | Resepi Cheesecake Oreo

Ingredients
For the crust:
14 oreo cookies (28 without filling)
For the cheese mixture:
4g Gelatin
25ml cold water
220g cream cheese
30g castor sugar
-Oreo cream (optional)
200ml whipping cream
Topping:
40g crushed oreo / 6 oreos without cream filling
Bahan-bahan:
14 keping oreo
4g gelatin
25ml air sejuk
220g cream cheese
30g gula kastor ( sy letak minimum ja. Kalau suka makan manis , boleh tambah lagi 5g )
Inti Krim oreo (optional)
200ml krim putar
Topping:
40g oreo hancur
Tips and tricks:
1. Make sure you let the cream cheese soften to room temperature before mixing up the cheesecake filling so that it comes out much smoother and no lumps
2. line your mold (you can also use springform pan) with some parchment paper to prevent it from sticking and make it easier to remove from the mold.
3. It’s fine if you don’t want to include the gelatin in your recipe, just make sure you refrigerate your cheesecake for at least 8 hours or overnight before serve.
4.you can also add in the vanilla extract or half tablespoon of lemon juice in this recipe.
5. It’s fine if you don’t want to include the oreo filling(cream) in this recipe. Or you can just put half of the cream.
