i tried like this formatting formula. it works only work for input values, not working for calculated values. example; I creat a dynamic excel sheet for future coming row in the sheet just in column A and B, at column C with function =if(B2=“”,””,A2/B2) then I format column C with formula =$C2>1, it format the cells of rows which is B2=“”. actually i only want highlight with my format for inputted row, but pre-define format for upcoming row and don’t want to highlight column C for now with no input number in column A and B. can you help me how to do this? sorry for my complicated words.

I want it to add on the last day of my duration then leave 2 days blank on the days that are suspended automatically? Is it possible?
By any chance do you have a tutorial about how to calculate costs based on dates I am struggling to fill up every month column costs when every person have different start and end dates. Thanks in advance

Just select the column where you want to apply conditional formatting (in the tutorial I selected entire table) and follow the tutorial. Alternatively you can also go back to conditional formatting and manage rules and in the Apply To section change the values to the column where you want the formatting to work.

i want to change colour if data not enter today , forexample today 30 if some one not enter data on 30th it should come red on 1st date and if today is 5 and my data entery opertor not put data on that day the cell should come red on 6th date that highlited me that he not do his work

In the Applies to section in Conditional formatting select the range where you want to apply the formatting.
