Skechers work well for me- I have wide feet and orthotics- (never did get the Afos) but Ugg’s, Skechers both good, for me. I always have to take out inserts on sneakers or else the orthotic just won’t sit right. Will have to check out billy shoes. Zappos are great if you don’t like trying on in stores- can send back easily. Nice new haircut!!!!!

Any type of high top shoe or boot is SOOOOOO much easier to wear with the old-school AFO's that don't have the "bumps" (articulation points). Since I wear a LOT of different kinds of footwear, I also have more than one style of AFO to pair up with them. It takes a lot of trial & error to find out exactly what works best for you.

Billy footwear are a lifesaver. They come in wide and extra wide and I just love them. They are great and I got my pair for $30.

You would take to the person who made the AFOs. The stoppers have to be added on when being made.
