Greetings and thanks for the find. Being from the land of 14,380 lakes (Minnesota) this RV option appears to be "van-tastic" although the AC being just above the waterline seems a little sus. The craftsmanship of the cabinets and pocket doors, well heck the whole works seems to be top notch. Again, excellent find - thanks for sharing!!!
This is a wonderful boat/camper!! The perfect answer for those who love boating, traveling, and camping!!! My only complaint is, from owning a pontoon boat, is why have the depth finder at the stern? As soon as it reads that you are in shallow water your prop is already hitting it. I would suggest moving it up to the bow area. It will give you that much more time and could save your out drive. My question is, do you have a way for a flying bridge to be added? The view from above is always amazing!!!
@@garbinator09 I’m wondering if they’re in business at all anymore. The listed website is not valid and someone else commended that he got another company when he called the phone number listed on Google.
Our very first camper back in 1970 was a 13 foot Yukon Delta! No heat, no toilet, just one burner and a hammock for the kids to sleep in. We had a ball!!!
Congratulations young men I love your shirt and accent from Alabama I'm sure. I love this since I love boating and camping. You have thought of everything. I think it's perfect!!! Thank you Chasing Forever for this video.
I love it. In the day you drop it off in the water and at night you pull it backup to your campsite. 1 Unit that you get to use the whole weekend to hang with your boat buddies and your RV buddies at the same time👍
What a happy coinkydink ... I really do want a boat but I also want an RV... This ticks both boxes..... I love the off grid capabilities... An the whole shebang!!! ✌🏼💗😊❣️
My father-in-law had one of these the same exact concept 50 years ago it was called a turtle it wasn’t a pontoon boat it had a hull and perform more like a regular boat
Well well what can I say well I love it You guys made a great video great boat and a nice camp. I feel you'll go far. Your both gentleman tell it the way it is no holding back. I'd have to give you both a high Ten 👍🏻. Good luck into the future. 😎😊
Pretty sweet outfit, but I'd have to have some really strong slide outs. Most folks go the houseboat rigs n use a fishing boat n kayaks n tubes ect. Never been on one, but they look sweet as long as you have $$$ to keep em up year round. Very clever outfits I will say, best wishes for all n hope you folks do well.
Very cool and if they can design one that can make the voyage down to the Bahamas it would be absolutely perfect. I'm not sure what more it would take to meet USCG guidelines but if they can make it happen I'd definitely be extremely interested if it can be done cost effectively. Good to see Land and Sea back in production even if we know it isn't the same group as in the '70s. Those were an all fiberglass design and I'm more than happy this company has decided to go with aluminum although more expensive initially it will be worth it in the long run. I'd of course also want to loose the speakers on the exterior walls whether they can make her seaworthy or not as those speakers are nothing more than a water ingress waiting to happen at least in traditional built RVs... WOW, just noticed this was from 4 years ago damned YT, I wonder if they're even still in business?
Great find. Thanks for sharing. May I suggest getting a wide angle lens for your phone. Makes it great for shooting inside and you can get them for less than $20. Thanks again
Very nicely done , i’ve been a boat owner and a RVer my only negative comment is that i personally when it comes to Towing and the vehicle ratings i prefer to go bigger than the Manufacturers say nobody is going to complain if the Truck has more Power to pull then necessary or be capable of stopping more efficiently it’s again nicer to know you can bring your rig to a safe stop without needing to rely on different system of the Trailers Brakes
It's cool 😎 and also I'd just got to say ... For enyone that gets to own one lucky for them if there's a bad flood and they got to evacuate from their home it's a safe getaway .... Till the flood is gone ***although you can't take everything with you when there's a flood ... You can at least take valuables like jewelry and photos personal stuff you don't want to lose in a flood , and also keep kids all the family safe 🤔. Just imagine if it rescued team has similar boat houses like this one they could save people that are probably hanging on to a tree branch or something*** and it's safe way to help others , not that I'm wishing bad things happen to anyone but sometimes hurricanes happen..
Well, as a matter of fact I really did enjoy watching this video. This was the first video that I've seen from your channel, which of course also means that I'm your newest subscriber on the channel... Safe Journeys and Good Luck...
The only thing that would top this concept is if it were able to be driven as well. Although, there are already motorhome/houseboats being made. But I doubt in this compact size.
this is great they're doing something like this, producing a quality product. he mentioned these craft aren't for sea/ocean use but I wonder if any customers have used these on the Great Lakes?
Maybe try on any great lake, except Superior. Lake Superior waves can be much worse than most ocean waves due to shape of the waves. Talk to any merchant mariner that has experienced both.
@@canlib I've spent plenty of time on Huron, Michigan and Superior. Absolutely they all can get dangerous. But, Superior is on a different level of danger.
Lots of rather large ocean going vessels have went down in the Great Lakes. Id make sure to stay in bays and nearer shore. Or take a long look at weather and wave reports before trying a crossing. The Edmund Fitzgerald was a real ship that really was lost in the Great Lakes.
I've just seen my paradise, getting one of these, living here in San Francisco I'm about to turn 47 been married for 20 years and I've never had a home a place to call my own.
@@peterlanum6970 Thanks ! Just to make sure I have a clear understanding: a limited time to use the ramp, a limited time to park your tow vehicle and trailer while out in your boat or both ? I backed landscape trailers in and out of driveways of all kinds for years so I wouldn't be the guy that needs 20 minutes and 10 attempts to put a trailer where ever it needs to be, weather it be in the water or in a rental space under a pavilion at the local Fair grounds for the winter.
How much is the cost of the boat/rv and/or trailer?? Also, how much longer can the RV/Boat be in length + a trailer?? Very, very interesting; thanks for sharing!!
I do like the depth of the kitchen sink.. I would also like it to be a split sink with a small rinse side. And I would prefer the bathroom sink to be smaller, its mainly used to wash hands and brush teeth...this would maximize the counter space. Also the depth finder would be more useful @ the bow..so as to not run aground. The cabinet hardware is sweet!! Having the generator fuel line hooked into the main tank is genius! All in all this is really cool!!

When I was 17, (50 years ago) we welded a truck camper onto a pontoon. Was real cool.
That sounds cheaper, Thanks
Thank you for sharing. These guys have really given it thought.
Hope they do well businesswise.

So add another depth finder. Wouldn’t hurt to have two on that long of a vessel.
The gentleman said they build to suit

Fly bridges are a waste of space that can be better spent towards solar panels.
What a fantastic idea outstanding quality and the best of both worlds you guys are awesome been thinking out of the box
Perfect living quarters for me. I love the concept!
Had a trailer able houseboat back in the 1970's. Yukon Delta 25' actually camped on it as much as boated. Loved it, and had it for 11 years.

Definitely a thumbs up product 👍
Awesome I love the details. Maybe one day the wife an I will look into something like this.

Seems like a pontoon would be more stable. Less rolling.
That had to be fun to experience.
Can’t wait to see the evolution of this product in the future hopefully incorporate some slide rooms and other things from the RV world 🌎
Looks to be a very well made rig.. this would be the ultimate bass boat.
Really neat to see people renovating and traveling in these retro rvs!
👍🤩Fantastic! I want this so I’ll give them a call. Thank you so much. 🙏💝

Cool stuff!
What a wonderful thing to have I definitely want one ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It's a great idea. Just as great as "houseboats!!!"

I would put it on any of the great lakes ...... I live on the west coast of Michigan , I can't see that thing taking 4 ft waves very well
@@rossstevens6165 You have no idea. Any of the great lakes can build waves that are dangerous to small boats, not just Superior.

About how much are they, for a fully loaded one? Been looking for some thing like that. Really intrested in one.
