I grew up in the U.S. military. As a perk I grew up all over the world. One of my most favorite places in the whole world for me was a small village in Germany. I loved the people , the food and mostly the countryside. It was gorgeous. In the summertime the bicyclists zooming thru our town. The cows across the street and the ice cream. Oh my....

A favorite series of mine is The Pallisers, based on books by Anthony Trollope, which I recently borrowed on dvd from the library. It’s from the 70s but you might still find it at your library. It’s a wonderful story of a marriage in Victorian times with great characters from all walks of life.

A favorite series of mine is The Pallisers, based on books by Anthony Trollope, which I recently borrowed on dvd from the library. It’s from the 70s but you might still find it at your library. It’s a wonderful story of a marriage in Victorian times with great characters from all walks of life.

I just wish I lived next door to you, just love your videos and hearing all about your lives. I’m so fascinated watching you both, I was born and raised in England, then emigrated to Australia then the USA. I miss so much of what you love, the countryside, the history and the amazing buildings. I return to visit now and then, my favorite places are Dorset, Wales, Yorkshire,Devon, Cotswolds, so many. I visited a fascinating little Island once called Caldy, there I saw an old monastery and acres of lavender, beautiful walks and beaches.
