Jovan Walukagga is from Kampala-Uganda. He is an Occupational therapist with an experience of 6 years and has a bachelor's degree in demography and reproductive health from Kyambogo University. As an Occupational therapist, he has worked mostly with children with disabilities to earn independence in their lives. He has different outreaches and workshops in health centers and communities on issues concerning reproductive health services.
