My friend takes me on a whirlwind tour of London's cultural hotspots, from the John Singer Sargent exhibition at Tate Britain to the fascinating Biba Story at the London Fashion and Textile Museum. Plus, we wander through Petersham Nurseries, explore the majestic Richmond Park, and even visit the serene Norwood Cemetery. It's a packed itinerary full of fun and discovery!

I did so enjoy that. I will be in London in a few weeks (from NZ) and now have some more ideas re things to do. And I was reminded of a Biba outfit I had years ago -- a red linen pinafore that I had made into a skirt.

Wow! You must be so exhausted cramming in so much. I thoroughly enjoyed being taken to the art exhibition, then onto the antiques fair and finally to the amazing garden centre. The garden centre was like nothing I have seen before. If you had very deep pockets you could spend a fortune in there. Everything was so well set up and beautifully displayed. I hope you had a wonderful time away and I eagerly await to see what you bought for the garden. Have a great weekend, Sophie.

They are beautiful places to find peace and calm.
I regularly walk around the cemetery where my parents are buried. I just look, read and pay respect. It’s very peaceful, sometimes sad but always enjoyable and informative.
