3560 was just put into service last year, it replaced 2 other Alcos 36 and 408, which both ended up breaking and are out of service, and 3, which was in storage, was put back into service as well. At the beginning of the video, you can see 36 and 408 in the background out of service
@@yeahman70 I read online that they run Monday through Friday between 8am and 4pm, so I just showed up before 8 and waited for them to start working. Easy peasy!
