You are showing all the panel drawing from standard command like line, circle etc. but actually it is not the way to design a panel drawing. This panel drawing comes up from the schematic drawing footprint that is not required to design newly as you are showing in this video tutorial. It would be very much difficult to design for the engineers each time if s/he want to draw a panel design from a schematic drawing in AutoCAD Electrical. You have to show how to do this panel design in AutoCAD Electrical software using right tools/commands.
