That best sums up everyone (and everything) around Casper, especially at the start: one-sided, blind to the truth, set in their ways; you name it. But then again, Reit, Oriolo and Harvey Comics would've wanted it that way.
It's absolutely remarkable that Casper isn't able to pass Ghost School because he seems to be an expert at scaring the wits out of anybody just by existing
