I think I said this before but the whole process of buying and selling is so much smoother and faster in Canada than the UK. We can't even go SEE houses until we have offers on ours (or it's at least up for sale). I would love ot find a house first, then sell instead.

AMAZING!!! Congrats! I HATED having ppl in my house for showings when we sold. the whole process was new to me and I reacted pretty badly emotionally LOL. The one showing I am still ticked about was a couple who brought their dog INSIDE my house for a visit. Like just NO... Can't wait for the moving vlogs!!
I couldn’t believe how many of the showings brought their dogs (luckily i am a dog person) but i would NEVER bring my dogs to house viewings. People are nutsssssss. I also did not like when they asked for my personal belongings to be included in the sale? Like? Those aren’t for sale???????
@@TashaLeelyn I was horrified.. since I have a dog, what if this visit dog peed because they smelled my dog.. like HELLO? I agree, ppl are NUTS.. and I feel the same for personal belongings. I am very attached to my stuff and my house LOL xoxo

You did the smart thing of finding something else to move to. We did not and have been tirelessly searching for our next home purchase. i did condition on sale of my home when i purchased the one i got now and it was so stressful. But i did add into my offer contract that she couldn't accept another offer for two weeks.
Wish I added that clause into mine! You live and you learn, it's so stressful... I'm still coming down from it!
