Did these on a big set of pvc pipe paralletes I made on my own. I did all the exercises (what ever I was able to do) one after the other like you did and I'm covered in sweat... One great workout and nice progressions, I can feel the strength building
Another training tutorial done, got destroyed in the making :) Let me know if you've got something from it via some feedback and thumbs up I'd greatly appreciate it, have a good training, and I'll see you soon! Also: FIRST!
Mani the Monkey Hey Mani, since you said you experiment with the planche lean, I have another hard push-up variation for you: pseudo planche push-ups. Great accessory for planche workouts.
Hey, Mani. I just subscribed. Great video. Thank you for going through and showing is the various exercises. I just got a pair of paralettes and want to take full advantage.
Push ups: standard, deep (hands by obliques) , close grip Dips Shoulder press (tucked butt, lift feet off at lowest point) The crow L-sit: tucked, one-legged, straddle, basic, elevated Shoulder holds: Tucked planche, shoulder press hold, hand stand leg hold Transitions: Knees to chest, tucked hold to L-sit, tucked hold to tucked planche, , L-sit to tucked planche
You can put the parallettes on a tablet and your feet on a Chair to do good dips. Also you can take 2 chairs and put the parallettes between them for dips
Even these say "difficulty easy to hard" for some of the exercises but the tucked l sit dont look easy when not many train in calisthenics training. Strength conditioning is important AA well in this training.
Hi, could you please inform of the distance between the bars (centre to centre) on the high parallettes please, and whether you think this is the best dimension for you, many thanks
Hi. Thanks for your video. I have been trying to understand what sort of parallette bars I should buy. I am just going to get started so wanted to discover what I need. It seems that higher bars are used most often and that it is handy to have a lower set. I also appreciated your set of exercises as a guide to getting started, which exercises I can try and potential progressions. Are there stretching / flexibility exercises to build in?
For the straddle L-sit, it's my thigh's that limit me i think it's because i'm not flexible enough, if not I think I could hold it for at least 15 seconds. any tips?
Mani, what type of sets, reps, and times (for isometrics) do you recommend using? Do you normally do all these exercises in a single session or focus more on a few?
Progress up to hold for as long as you can, 10 seconds seems a good time to aim for, ideally 2-3 times per week, and total sets per movement 18-24 a week. Should see progress quickly if youre a beginner with a decent diet.
Awesome, simple and straight to the point
Yo wil! You do calisthenics too?
Great! I like the no talk style.
kaiman In this video, agreed!!
Hahhha
Yeah I’ve seen the videos too much talking not enough working out
Me too.

Mani the Monkey check the book: overcoming gravity. Its the best book about body control- calisthenics.
amazing video I really like your big parallettes where can I find a set like that ?
Hi bro, my only question is about reps, how many? or how many secs? or I just do it till I not fall?, btw good video.

The crow
L-sit: tucked, one-legged, straddle, basic, elevated
Shoulder holds: Tucked planche, shoulder press hold, hand stand leg hold
Transitions: Knees to chest, tucked hold to L-sit, tucked hold to tucked planche, , L-sit to tucked planche
You can put the parallettes on a tablet and your feet on a Chair to do good dips. Also you can take 2 chairs and put the parallettes between them for dips
This helped me a lot! Thankyou so much !!
Great Stuff Bro 💪
Awesome video. I just need to make some Parallettes and get training on this.
I really needed to start doing those exercizes, thx for this video !
I have waited for this kind of video! Thanks!
I'm following you I want to start calisthenics as a regular exercise
Great video!
Gracias 😃
Cool video and love the music 😎
Gracias amigo!! Mereces miles de visitas porque aqui falta buena informacion, como esta, y sobran TV stars
Thank you for this video
Tucked hold is actually difficult for me but all the L sit exercises came to me within a week
Mani, you should do the close grip push up in a more hollowed positiong. It helps do much to stabilize the movement.
2:17 I have no clue how that one was easy but the rest seem about right haha
So incredibly helpful!!!!!
Quality, thanks mate!!
Excellent video
Yeah! Mani goes Calisthenics!
Awesome video
Very good video
Well done man. Looks creaking hard!
I love your videos.
Wow that's great!

Great video, thank you! ✌️
Great video!!
Mani, this is great, thankyou. I am just about to start working out with paralettes, which ones should ie get, low, high, low travel ones? 🤔
Subscribed....nice work
Progression tips? I’m thinking of just holding these for as long as I can doing different variations
great vid man
Where can I find paralettes with thick handles like that?
great video. are there standard heights for low and high parallettes?
Awesome calisthenics progress, Mani. Can you do a full planche?
How many series, reps etc you think beginner should do ? Till failure ?
Amazing
a tuckhold for me is insanely hard even when i protract my scapula
Great tutorial! Also, what brand of parallettes are these?
Even these say "difficulty easy to hard" for some of the exercises but the tucked l sit dont look easy when not many train in calisthenics training.
Strength conditioning is important AA well in this training.
Where can i buy these, can u give me a link please?
Which one to buy the lower or the higher or both?????🤔🤔🤔
Higher is easier.... the low ones really require a very strong core.
What kind of paralettes are the big ones?
Hi, could you please inform of the distance between the bars (centre to centre) on the high parallettes please, and whether you think this is the best dimension for you, many thanks
nice
Calisthenics seems to focus on the upper body. are their any exercises that focus on the lower? like building out ypur legs?
Hi. Thanks for your video. I have been trying to understand what sort of parallette bars I should buy. I am just going to get started so wanted to discover what I need. It seems that higher bars are used most often and that it is handy to have a lower set.

Are there stretching / flexibility exercises to build in?
What about full Planche and Planche pushups
Hi, what kind of movements we can take benefit from a low parallette but can't perform it well on the higher one?
For the straddle L-sit, it's my thigh's that limit me i think it's because i'm not flexible enough, if not I think I could hold it for at least 15 seconds. any tips?
Hip flexor strength
yo!!wow!!! Great!!!
Mani, what type of sets, reps, and times (for isometrics) do you recommend using? Do you normally do all these exercises in a single session or focus more on a few?
10 by 10
Good content, mate. What kind of socks do you use?
Thank you! Does the Shoulder Press build shoulder mass? How many to do?
Does this work for pushup handles aswell
Hey this is really a great tutorial for a beginner like me! What is this distance between the parallels?
From your elbow to the tip of your middle finger is the standard width, as far as I know.
So the taller parallettes are easier compared to the shorter parallettes?
Can you please tell me size parallettes from video?
Is the high paralletes custom made? 3:01
How long should you hold each pose and how many sets, how many times per week? Also how much time before you see progress?
Progress up to hold for as long as you can, 10 seconds seems a good time to aim for, ideally 2-3 times per week, and total sets per movement 18-24 a week. Should see progress quickly if youre a beginner with a decent diet.
