Had a BLAST working on this project with you! Bullet Bill turned out better than I ever imagined, and I'm glad I got to bring such a wacky idea that could've just been some one-off joke to life! The move where Bullet Bill pulls out a Super Scope and shoots smaller Bullet Bills is an official move by the way, we didn't make that up. I'm just putting that out there. Mario RPGs are wild.

Awesome work! Really enjoy how expressive he is and the many game sources are implemented in his moves. The bill blaster looks fun and not overcomplicated, and just seeing him fight around with explosions and dashes, but also with tools and his hands showing what one would expect but still be surprised to look in action.
I've been using him lately & he's one of my favorites. I didn't expect such complexity when I saw that he was in this game. I really like his animations & audio too, which is surprising because hes a bullet. Also, he's a beast at Break the Targets. Edit: He's even more of a beast at Home Run Contest.

Tbh for alternate skins I got a few ideas... Normal Torpedo Seeking (the red one) Banzai King A bullet bill from the Mario Prey Mix (check it out the song's a banger) Cat (from 3D World) The bullet train (also 3D World) And the rest can either be other colors or random references or designs You're welcome for the idea and reference sheet
If you're trying out the character on the playtest area on the "Steam Workshop" menu list, that happens. But in actual matches or any other part you can play as Bill, it should work fine

It spawns with Bill at the start, but if that gets destroyed or thrown off stage, you can summon another one with NSpecial
