I dont use Sonar. To each their own theres times i get skunked, sometimes i catch dinks sometimes i get descent fish. Yesterday on Thursday, my dropshot got snagged in dead grass floating on the waters surface. I missed a big fish. I spent time trying to find her, but i couldn't find her. I spent 30 to 40 minutes with no luck. I moved spots and kept fishing. I didn't land anything. Oh well, it happens. I spend 10 minutes in a spot. If i have no luck, I move.
At the end of my fishing trip permitting where my spot is, i go back to where i started. I covered a very large area. Yes, sadly, i fished 7 hours with sadly nothing. I enjoyed being outside. This does happen. I even changed rigs of catching nothing when i went to the 3rd spot.
