Cardiff Docks Railtour 1999. Splott Pilot. 2 x 08

08466 & 08651 take us along the tracks in Cardiff Docks all the way across the bridge down to Cardiff Bay and the view to Penarth. Stabled at the start of this clip are the 2 x 66s that brought us into the docks as well as 37420/519 that will take us back to the mainline for the final part of this Railtour. VHS 308. 2.10.99
