these early size estimates usually end up way overvalued so it will be very interesting to see how future studys actually shape up

Definitely, interestingly unlike the most they don’t give any weight estimate, which gives me more confidence in their size estimate since they aren’t going for publicity, but we’ll see

​​@@Sedimented.Studios Nice video but the 80 tons for S. sikanniensis was based on a Shonisaurus popularis rotund body plan and so he's disproven. Check Nau and others models, sikanniensis was more around 40 tonnes. It does not change the sheer size of Ichthyotitan.
