@@YumiAndHisDrip no no that's the cliché everyone thinks about but the reality is they are shitting on the charts with jacks mostly because modders thinks jacks= hard. Fnf mods mostly have jacks, trills and stair. Almost no other patterns.
As someome who plays a lot of funky friday, 4 and 5 stars songs when i first tried osu!mania wasnt that hard (4k, and always more than 90% with low fps and cant find a good skin for me)
@@Javier-vi6db it aint that hard bud, i just played fnf since its releace and played every fnf game in roblox, untill ff came and i started farming the hardest song the game was providing from time to time
This is me when robeats was still the top roblox rhythm game. I can do a difficulty rating of 52 on robeats CS. Went straight to mania, Fc'd my first 3 5* maps then I practiced doing 7keys. Now I suck at 4k but godly at 7k.
I kinda feel like this would of gone the other way, the fnf community also has experience with fast and overwhelming charts E.G reactor from vs imposter or vs whitty ballistic. With this information I personaly feel the communities would be balanced when it comes to the professionals.
It's funny that as soon as I installed that skin I could do 4* easily lol Just saying though good rythm players exist in fnf and they'll have no problem going through osu!mania a soon as they start slowly
Wait how? The charts in the Matt mod are horrendous on an astronomical scale, and no osu!mania chart I've seen looks remotely like it (poorly placed jacks and trills).
@@theangrynerd101 that's the exact reason, they're so bad that I learned to hit notes faster and in more uncomfortable situations allowing me to read osu charts better
It’s funny how the average Osu!Mania players stereotypes fnf players as bad but I got good at rhythm games because of FnF and found that 6K is just better
Well that's because most of them are. Fnf along with the mod charts don't have any of the patterns necessary for building good fundamentals, such as jumpstreams, handstreams, and accuracy. Speed and jacks are easy to develop on those mods since those are the types of charts 99% of these mods have, so they will be good at jack-heavy, fast maps, but bad at everything else since they didn't build their pattern recognition skills. I'm saying this based off of the charts I've seen so far; it's an assumption I'm making, so correct me if I'm wrong. Also when are we all going to talk about how much the fnf players and everyone else stereotype osu! players (all modes included)? The community has been bullied for years now for being weebs and "losers who don't go outside" so more attacks against us is something we definitely don't need. I'm tired of all of the "all osu! players are p**os!" statements being made despite a large majority of our player base consisting of young teens.
The issue here is that it gives the new players a very wrong idea of what a rhythm game is supposed to be, and fnf does not provide the players with the necessary fundamentals to become a decent player. Rhythm gamers (I'm talking ALL. osu!standard, osu!mania, Etterna, Quaver, Clone Hero, ITG etc.) always welcome new players, since there aren't a lot of us around and expanding the playerbase is one of many things we want to achieve. The problem is that the fnf community is cancerous and is completely missing what makes a rhythm game, a rhythm game. It instead focuses on cheap storylines and mediocre characters with cataclysmically horrendous half-assed charts that are made with the sole intention of being "hard" and songs that sound like a Mongolian throat singer on helium and every conceivable prescription drug in existence being put in a gas chamber.
@@theangrynerd101 oh no!!! a rythm game with story!! it's almost like there's another popular rhythm game that has a story... rapper the parappa I think it's called?
@@theangrynerd101 also, you say that these communities are accepting, yet you immidietly decide to ridicule the game on completely opinionated things? not really setting a good example for that if you ask me
@@elliev1sion That was the main appeal of Parappa the Rapper though. Another thing about it is that the rhythm game aspect of it actually helps progress the story and serves a purpose, unlike fnf where it's just random noises and you move onto the next opponent without anything meaningful really happening. Also, no. This isn't opiniated at all. It's ridicule, yes, but it's justified. One good look at the charts in fnf and its mods and you can already tell that they are nonsensical garbage. Look at Matt's old charts, or any mod that tries to be "hard" or whatever (aside from Camellia). They easily outcompete any other rhythm game chart in existence in terms of how jarringly bad they are. The charters had no clue on what they were doing, and put together some offensively bad piles of trash. Like that one mod that tried to combine Shaggy and a ton of other characters from random mods into a 9-key gimmick chart. It's the rhythm game equivalent to a 12 year old's "impossible" level on Super Mario Maker, just enemies spammed all over the place. It's not fun, and it looks like one big mess. The rhythm game fundamentals I brought up are true as well. Those charts aren't going to help you develop strong fundamentals, so if you're looking to truly improve, you need to branch out to other games. The rhythm game community is accepting towards players who want to join them in their specific game with a genuine intention of improving. What we aren't open towards however, are annoying kids who see themselves as the next gods of gaming from beating an overcharted mess, and those who go on to boast about it and call others trash; as well as those who aren't willing to try out other games yet still trash their community. There's a lot of conflict between fnf and other rhythm games because of this. Don't think that all the bashing is one-sided, since I've seen members of all of these communities trashing and being toxic to the other. Yes, I'm biased, and so are a lot of other rhythm gamers, but the cancer within the fnf community can't be ignored.
The issue i have with some osu music is that the keys are so random, i mean, they go with the instruments so that makes sometimes a key hell that don't let me enjoy... I don't want to be tryharding all the song... But in FNF the keys go with the vocals of the characters and that makes a lot more of sense in my opinion and let the player enjoy a little bit more. The two games are awesome but i prefer FNF... Hugs!♥️
I left the fnf community a little bit after the point where every mod was just screaming. They were challenging but now it looks like rockstar puts more effort into updating single player games than people do with fnf mods
@@Antanaxis well, I mean compete with the easier 4 star songs. Of course stamina would be needed in some of these songs, and I'm talking about the Camellia mod lol.
"no fnf pro is even close to any mania pro" i'm gonna have to say a big, reverberating "ye u rite" to that one. i don't actually consider myself a "pro" (i kinda don't allow myself to ever see myself as a pro at anything), but i've beaten songs such as expurgation and both of zardy's songs with no ghost tapping, and i'm planning on finding a way to play matt's songs without ghost tapping in fnf itself (might even just grab the assets and then add them to a version of kade (or perhaps a different engine) that allows ghost tapping to be disabled, because ig i'm a masochist or something oh also i beat termination yesterday but the point is, i'm pretty good with kinda fast single-note stuff, but mania pros can do shit like chordstreams, incredibly fast stuff, and maps with lots of holds. basically, mania pros can do a lot of stuff that would absolutely end me (although i'm definitely improving due to, for a while now, playing more than just fnf) EDIT: that fnf player gameplay was genuinely painful to watch oml
I have technically played osu!mania but its on a tablet with insane lag spikes so I'm not counting it. Anyways without the assistance of osu!mania I managed to somehow FC ruckus from the Matt mod. (On the roblox project afternight version of course bc that might have a different input system) and honestly, yeah it seems really difficult. I have played other rhythm games like Robeats and rhythm+, though robeats has a levelling up sorta element to it with better hit windows so it doesn't count, and rhythm+ occasionally has a seizure and makes all notes visually clump together, but mechanically be in their original position. I can still confidently say that even if I got the game on PC, I probably couldn't get decent accuracy on a 4* in osu!mania, and might just lose the song entirely.
dude im feeling like no one who saw this video has realized the real meaning of rithym games yet, they are for FUN not for being a pro or being recognized globaly Edit: also i don't think that you must play osu!mania or any other rithym game to get better in FNF, the player just needs to play for some time and, most important: have HOPE in himself and also have FUN while playing, if anyone has this 2 things i think there's no problem on being a pro only playing FNF. As an fnf fan that likes other rythem games, I’m will say that the stereotypical ones like the one shown in the video makes us look bad. Nothing is impossible if you practice and try hard enough. That’s something everyone needs to know. I’m not being rude if the comment gets hate and also I’m not disagreeing either.
As an osu! player for the past 2 years, FNF is literally the easiest thing I've played in a while but I gotta tell you, I like the music in FNF more but osu! is way difficult. Not saying FNF is easy and I'm a pro and bla bla bla. No, I'm not saying FNF is easy and all that I mean I kinda am but this is a perspective of another harder rythm gamer so, in my view FNF is easier but it doesn't make it less fun nonetheless
Fnf is a beginner rythym game from what I can tell, and honestly I'm glad. The learning curve for rythym games is steep and I'm glad there's a game that helps flatten the curve a bit
Most ppl aren't good enough to do the entire galaxy collapse, tho it depends which galaxy collapse chart ur playing, the 6* one for me is unplayable since im not there yet
I’ll say, as an fnf player, I’ve not seen anyone over the age of 12 dismiss osu, it takes a lot more skill than fnf, but fnf is just a lot more casual and fun for the average person. That’s in my own experience mind you, other people might disagree and they could be right, but I think a lot of rythm game people just are looking for the bad in the fnf community more than it deserves. Once again keep in mind I’m not saying there’s not a lot of annoying people but there’s also a lot of great things in the community that are just overshadowed by kids that aren’t old enough to reach the keyboard without a booster seat screeching online. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk, I wrote more than I was planning to in this comment under a joke video

It’s funny how the average Osu!Mania players stereotypes fnf players as bad but I got good at rhythm games because of FnF and found that 6K is just better
X2

Changed to osu mania and i myself can prove he was not spamming-
osu players when a popular rythm game that spawns new players interested in playing rhythm games exist: 😨😨
