Where are you getting all this? Greg Weisman repeatedly stated Sony didn't have the rights to any non-spidey Marvel characters except Ghost Rider. There's no legal way Punisher or Beetle could have appeared in season 3, much less Iron Man, Hulk, Punisher, the FF or Doctor Doom.
