I know it is a little thing but I absolutely loved the way you said 'there are some corners of the kitchen that just need tending' - I think that this is a lovely way to think about things, of given respect and honor to our home and being responsible and greatful for the things we have received. It is not a hindrance to care for our things or our homes.

I live alone and I keep up with my lawn, garden and household chores. However this video speaks to me in that I struggle with the amount of time I spend on my phone or television. I don’t watch any movies that have any blasphemy, pornography or revenge in them, but that still doesn’t justify spending more then three hours a day or more watching TV. I don’t think it’s bad to watch an hour and a half f45 minutes “clean” movie before I go to bed, but I take it too far.
I’m working and praying on it continually on this issue. Thank you for the encouragement!
I can totally relate to that Karen! In my opinion there's definitely nothing wrong with clean entertainment in moderation. But I do think Christians should recognize that the algorithms of social media and streaming sites are designed to make us addicted! We should be watchful over our hearts and our affections. As Paul wrote "I will not be dominated by anything" (1 Corinthians 6:12) ❤

I struggle with consistency too; I find myself often so certain and feeling so worked up but what follows, in an instant, is total abandon :< A couple of months ago, I committed myself to changing some of my socmed habits (because it turned quite a bit unhealthy) but I was not able to carry it out seriously due to my lack of discipline. Hello. Thank you for your wonderful videos! I am so interested in your cheese freezing! I always feel like as soon as I open a package, the last quickly goes down from there. I have frozen cheese, but have not use the quick freeze. Have you tried for parmesan and Cheddar? I may have to try. I really enjoy seeing ways you prepare and preserve foods.
I "flash freeze" the cheese which means letting it freeze spread out on a tray before transferring to a bag to avoid clumping, but that step isn't necessary. I've frozen almost all types of cheese! Different brands do better than others. Sometimes the raw cheddar I buy can be crumbly after frozen if not shredded prior, so I started keeping it in the fridge only. You would just have to experiment! Thank you for watching! ❤

Hi! There are many species of mold and as some are edible or good for us, others are neurotoxic and cancerogenic. In this vase cutting the mold off is not enough, because the fungi has long invisible 'roots' penetrating the whole peace of food.
Like I said I feel comfortable doing this, but everyone needs to make that call for themselves ☺
