About a year and half ago, i was on an Always Sunny UA-cam video kick and stumbled upon this video. I liked it so much, i watched episode after episode. Mind you the most intricate thing id ever cooked was an over easy egg. After a few months of watching Babish i decided the try to make his Puerco Pibil. A year later and cooking is one of my favorites things to do. Thank you Andrew

FV4030 if you cooked it, some if not all of the alcohol would evaporate. Since the point of it in the show was to get drunk that wouldn’t really make sense.
The only way I can see something like that working as if you were to add something like Zam Booker sorry autocorrect won't let me say what it's actually called but if you would have had that it would probably work although what you would be tasting is the sweetener and it's possible if you will soaking it that it may be too sweet so even then there's guarantee it'll taste good and it won't be alcoholic
