The fact that the judge keeps talking about an appeal shows that he’s pushing for a guilty verdict, because you have to be found guilty to even need an appeal. That alone should show all the bias that’s needed.

How can a judge rule on himself? I don’t know anything about Law. Shouldn’t that be decided by a higher court?
That's exactly what I said! Why would the judge be the one to decide if he/she is recused? Makes zero sense. Who over sees judges? Surely there's people that overwatch the judges to make sure they meet the requirements like being unbiased, being fare, their emotions aren't affecting their decision making, etc.
I think it will be decided by a higher court before June 25th otherwise its going to be another legal wreck.

Both the Appellate court and the Superior courts have the capacity to overturn his corrupt rulings.

I mean that's only fair, there needs to be someone that holds the most powerful person in the room accountable ( judge)

The judge has made so many questionable decisions that thug will definitely get the appeal and what if he beats that? Like I said the judge and his antics are handing the defense an easy appeal

I literally record this trial everyday so I can watch it, and I've seen nothing that makes me believe thug is guilty of anything they say he is.. I was a court reporting student before and ima say this. It takes the court reporter NO time to submit that ex parte meeting that was only two hours. She could’ve submitted that in a couple of hours after the meeting. Something is really fishy here.

They have, the supreme courts of justice, Georgia, as powerful as the SCOTUS (supreme Courts of the United States of America)has issued a statement they're looking into the judicial conduct of judge Glanville, not least they said it was an unnecessary burden on the tax payers to fund a trial that's inevitably going to end up either a miss trial or won on appeal, and to step in to try and salvage the trial before it reaches that point.

I'm sure if they win their case, they will be reimbursed monetary fees. But they are getting a whole lot of media attention, that will pay off later.

The judge has admitted that he held the Ex Parte meeting...and that the court reporter was in and out the session why? If she was there to record what's said. And told the court officers to turn off their body cams.... him not allowing the real transcripts in and removing shit shows how dirty he is and Karma always spends the block!!!❤ Dirty Judge 100%
The supreme courts of appeals in Georgia, is currently looking at judge Glanville's judicial conduct in this trial as they said its pointless letting them continue wasting tax payers money if this case is inevitably going to end up losing on appeal. And rightly so.

I’m sure if the court reporting was in and out the room to go on “break” that the state talked to Copeland off the record. The Court knew just in case somebody found out about the meeting, they can use the excuse “the court reporter was there:” That judge is then a witness and can be questioned about if the court reporter was there at all times and if he told her to strike anything off the record. He is definitely a witness.

No bond for Rico charges and suspicion of murder, especially the flight risk and availability to sufficient funds to dissappear.
A judge decides if the defendant gets a bond at their arraignment. I know a girl that was held without bond after trying to snuggle drugs into the jail. Funny enough they dropped the introducing prison contraband charge in exchange for her to plead guilty on drug paraphernalia. Like wut?

The way the judge says "at this particular point in time" seems like a pedantic way to try to sound smart. Its just meaningless filler "motion denied" and "motion denied at this particular point in time" means exactly the same thing
