You're welcome Cameron. I feel very fortunate that I discovered his music back in 2000 when I was 14 years old. He's right up there with any major guitarist in history of ANY genre, in my opinion. It's a shame that relatively few know about what he contributed to the art of guitar playing, when the fact is that the scope of his achievments is right up there with anyone who picked the instrument. I once brought up his name in a discussion with a jazz professor and to my surprise he had never even heard of Lenny! Lenny's music and guitar playing is at such a high level that it should be required study at any music school/conservatory in my opinion. I doubt that it will ever happen though, and it's a shame.
You know it, Brother... There's basically 4 guitarists in the history of jazz who are the signposts for the rest of us: Charlie Christian, Django Reinhardt, Wes Montgomery and Lenny Breau.
