I hope that you guys never, even for a second, doubt that this podcast is amazing and life changing. I’ve put everyone I care about (and even those that have wronged me) onto this podcast and am literally seeing change. And it feels amazing to know I’m not alone in this thinking. Thank you guys SO much for this healing.

Exactly Alyssa! My sister kept sending me these podcasts because of my emotional struggles and depression, and Jamie’s story and Justin’s humility have truly helped me work through my issues of being hurt and hurting others because of it. I watch every episode and learn so many more ways to be happier in my life and treat my girlfriend better. This podcast is a life changer 100%

As a male hospice/long-term caretaker, i have cried so much watching this and having the emotions i never got to feel for myself in the moment, validated so much in me and has brought out so many experiences of unprocessed emotions. Thank you so much for bringing this to an audience; And i hope this podcast reaches so many more.

Thank you for sharing this. My parents and I are facing the stress and sharing deeply personal experiences related to a major illness I had in 2019 that left me with disabilities. Through hard work focus and determination in physical therapy I can see the light at the end of this phase in my life as I start to have the ability to return to work. It's my turn as I focus on getting stronger and turn my disabilities into abilities to give back and be a care giver for others in a professional capacity as a physical therapy aide, with the goal of becoming a physical therapist. So I can get to the place where I look a patient of mine in the eye and say I know your struggles. I know it's hard to get out of this wheelchair and relearn to walk. I know it's hard but I'm hear for you, I'm ready to fight with you and celebrate the first step/steps of the rest of your life. That is how I want to honor my caregivers. They tought me to be tenacious. I want to teach my patients to be tenacious. I love you guys and thank you for this podcast. Keep trying to live your lives in the footsteps of the beloved master Abdul-Baha!!!

Admittedly I am a woman and not a man. And yet I listen to the podcast consistently because I have the character that is ashamed to tell what I am going through even when it is really hard for me I have become accustomed to dealing alone and not crying to anyone. Until I got to the point where even when I'm alone in front of myself I can not cry and I felt completely suffocated. Until I discovered you Justin and listened to all your conversations and since then I feel a little better. So thank you so much for the light you have brought into my life.

Thank you for starting this conversation about caregiving and how it shouldn’t be viewed as a entire feminine “trait” as it it was inborn, when it is actually a learning experience to acquire the skills to care for people they love.

This one really hit home, witnessing caregiving even for a year 💕

This one hit home for me personally as a woman who needed care in her life and will in the future and now is a caregiver to my sister . I know it was geared towards men however the idea around care is still so behind that I think people forget how important these conversations are because both men and women are still not being considered when thinking of care in all aspects and even our own care when we may need it at some point. Thanks for this conversation 🙌🏼

This episode was hard for me to watch because my daughter took off work to care for me when got Covid-19 almost two years ago. It took almost three months to be able to get around again and over a year to walk up two flights of stairs. It wasn't easy. Thank you for having this Podcast 💜 ❤️ 👍🏾🙏🏾🗨
