Please don't listen to someone who says you talk too much. Most of us love to hear your thought process.
That's kind Lanier, I know I chat a lot, I'm glad you like to listen! 😊😊
Silly people. They can just move along! I love listening along. I feel like I'm having tea with a pal while a little crafting. ❤️ Don't change a thing!
Jungle... That's really kind and much appreciated, thank you ❤️
I love hearing you chat while you’re crafting, it’s exactly the kind of monologue in my head while I’m crafting myself 😊
That is really gratifying to hear Annie, thank you😊😊😊
I love to hear your thought process. You are a fearless adventurer in CAS card techniques. I’ve learned so much from watching you. Thank you for being so generous to share your genius with us. You’re the best!
You are so welcome!😊😊😊 That's really kind🤎
Very Creative! Please don't quit chatting to us as you work - it's wonderful to realize your creative process and feel like a crafting buddy in the room with you. 😃
Thank you so much!, that’s lovely 🤎🤎🤎
You do not talk to much I live alone and love crafting and this is like having someone to craft along with. Thank you.
Thank you, that's wonderful! 😊😊😊
Oh, what an interesting product and the card you’ve made is perfect for it. It’s lovely to follow your thought process using this new material. You don’t talk too much; your commentary is so entertaining and informative, just as other viewers say so often in the comments. Please carry on exactly as you are❤😊
That's so kind Sue, thank you 😊😊😊
Christine please don’t stop talking, I think you have a fabulous voice, so soothing, I love listening to to talk and your cards are amazing, thank you for all your inspiration xx❤
Thank you so much, that's great to hear! 😊😊😊
O Christine never too much talking! I, like most others who enjoy your videos I'm sure, just love listening to you. In fact I find myself replying to you and giggling away 😂 ... it's like spending time crafting with a friend. I'm loving this, seeing a new product and you finding out how it works for us all, you are a gem in the cardmaking world. Thank you, Bonnie xx 🌈
It's great that I feel like a friend to you Bonnie, it gives me pleasure to share my world with you! 😊❤️❤️❤️
Oh dear. I think that person would probably prefer 5 minute makes. Please don’t change your style of tutorials. Yours are so interesting and entertaining and I love watching them just the way they are. Your delivery and explanations are fantastic. So keep them coming. 🤩
Oh thank you!😊
I love the ideas that indigo blu come up with…. With you making cards with their products that are so fabulous ..they are going to be busy ❤Debbie
You are so welcome❤️
Definitely don’t listen to the negative. I look forward to watching you craft as I find you so easy to listen to.
That's really kind thank you 😊😊😊
Thank you Christine for all your tutorials I think your great and I love you chatting and explaining, thank you very much❤
Glad you like them! Thank you 😊😊😊
Interestin produt. Thank you for intoducing it to everyone! Love the finished cards!
I think I will be doing quite a bit more experimenting! 😊 Thank you
Not only is your talking to yourself (and us) part of your charm, the more you talk the more we learn. You're not just talking, you are explaining to us the reasoning behind what you do. We all could do with more explanations in our lives.
It is so good to know that you enjoy my chatter. I feel as though I'm just talking with a bunch of friends!❤️
Well, I for one, love to hear you chatting away as it is your part of your thought process. You can't please all of the people all of the time, so just please yourself. This was some cool stuff, I love the colors of this first batch. Gum.....I guess glue is called gum, never thought about that until you said it! Love how the card came out and really love the colors on the black wreaths, so pretty! I also love the sentiment on the kraft colored paper too. Just keep being you my dear, you are perfect the way you are! Also looking forward to seeing you play with this Gilding Gum stuff again. Hugs, Brenda
I’ll be having a play tomorrow at some stage… should be fun! Thanks so much 💛🤎🤎
Please, please do not stop chatting. Your cards are always wonderful, but the chat - the thought process, the little stories, it's what makes your channel so charming.
Thanks so much Cynthia 🤎🤎🤎
New products are such fun. Thanks for sharing your experiment Christine. By the way, I really enjoy your crafty chatting.
That's good to hear, thank you 😊😊😊
Chris thanks for sharing your finding out how these powders work when mixed with the gum. Surprising results. Loved what you done with them on your card. Please don’t take notice of negative comments. We love listening to you chat while you are crafting. The only indigo products I have are some of their magazines. I will have to look on their site. xx
Thanks 👍 I hope to do more experiments with this medium! 😊😊😊
Thank you Christine! Fun to experiment!! Lovely card!💕
You are so welcome!
Beautiful addition to your special powders. Love this card!
Thanks so much!🤎🤎🤎
I agree with the others! I love listening to you! You're the best. And besides, there are volume buttons on their devices if they don't want to hear someone.
Thanks Karen 🤎🤎🤎
Lovely card per usual 🥰 Please don’t listen to the person who said you talk to much, I’m pretty sure nobody else would agree. I love hearing you work things out aloud. Keep doing you, my crafty friend ❤
😊 thank you Mechelle, that’s very gratifying! ❤️❤️❤️
Love your videos, Chris, and as others have said, your chatting gives insight into your process, which in turn is helpful to us. Love to see you experiment with new products especially when there is not much explanation on the packaging. It encourages me to play with some of my products, too, instead of just using them in the expected way. Thank you!
I appreciate this, thanks Kathy 😊😊😊
Please ignore the naysayers about your chatting style. I adore it. It reminds me of late night chats with my late BFF. We would chat while making cards & picking stamps, colors, placement & the process. We would send photos to show what we were creating. Giving suggestions & general nattering. I’ve missed that process & long distance company & you make me feel that warm fuzzy feeling, again. Thank you for that. Ratty Hugs
Thank you for this wonderful comment, I'm delighted that you enjoy my videos! ❤️❤️❤️
Fun experiment. I love the card on Kraft. Keep on chatting; personally, I love listening and learning. Thanks again for sharing your process.
Thank you! Will do!😊😊😊 it's great to have a vote of confidence! ❤️❤️❤️
Yours is my favorite channel ! Keep up being just as you are.
That's really kind, thank you 😊🤎🤎🤎
I love your talking and often answer you or give some suggestions 🙂even tell you where an item is on your desk when you have lost it.☺ I live on my own and can go for days not talking to anyone but my dog and you and other You tubers. So to anyone who doesn't like the talking, turn the sound off or don't watch. Sorry Christine, I'll go hide under my stone again. xxxxx😍😍😍
I'm so pleased you like my talking Isla, please know that I AM talking to YOU! ❤️❤️❤️
Love this card. Thanks for trying out the new products and giving us an idea of how they work 💕
You are so welcome! Thanks 😊😊😊
Such a charming card! I love the depth of colour that the gum mixture provides. Furthermore, I cannot imagine going on a UA-cam tutorial and not hearing chatting…..🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️!! Please disregard comments from unhappy people….you’re perfect just as you are!! ❤
Thanks so much 🤎🤎🤎
Beautiful Christine! What a fab product. 🥰🥰
Thanks so much!🤎🤎🤎
Ignore that person, love listening to how you go about things. Thank you for taking us through this learning curve 😊
That's kind thank you 🤎🤎🤎
Thank you for the great new products. If you didn't talk we wouldn't know what you were doing so please don't worry about the people who tell you, you talk too much. The card is lovely. 🐞🇦🇺
Thank you so much! That’s really kind 🤎🤎🤎
What a great product Chris and I love the stamped background brushed with pigment powder, which is something I’ve not really experimented with much before, so am really excited to have a go at. Thanks for sharing xx
I think I'll be playing quite a bit with this stuff!! Watch this space! 😊😊😊
I agree! Keep on talking! I’m from Canada and love your British accent. I’m addicted to you videos and look forward to them. Loved the Advent series.
Thanks Mary Beth that's so good to know, I appreciate your support! 🤎🤎🤎
I am one that happens to love the talking!!!! that’s what I like about your videos!!!!please don’t listen to other people just keep doing what you do….
Thank you, I will, 😊😊😊
Oh dear that comment was a bit rude, I enjoy you chatting and working out the process with us
Anyway I think this gum looks very interesting and your card is, as always, very beautiful 💖🤗💐
That’s really kind thank you 🤎🤎🤎
Thought I left a comment and it's disappeared - never mind. I wanted to say that your chatting adds so much to your videos and please continue to "Be you" Love the way you launch into experimenting with great alacrity. Full speed ahead and man the torpedoes! Your fearless approach encourages us all to 'have a go." Thank you.
Oh thank you Helen, you always write the most encouraging things! 🥰🥰🥰
Love your videos Chris.
On the indigo blue website against each set it tells you the pigment colours
AQUA - Mermaid tail, Mermaid tresses Unicorn dreams
STEAMPUNK - Grungy gold, Penny dreadful, Verdigris
FRUITY - Raspberry jam, Juicy plum, Choclate cherries
It might help if people already have the pigments, so they can just get the gum.
Thanks, that's really useful. ❤️
I think the person who commented about you talking to much is the one that talks to much…I love your talking to us it makes the video seem like we are there with you just like a friend ! Love watching and listening…your cards are beautiful your chats lovely and your cards are treasures….thank you my friend❤😊
Oh thank you Ardie that is so kind, I'm glad you think of me as a friend! 😊❤️❤️❤️
What a great product and I love what you did. Had to watch the Indigoblu launch on it…. Very interesting. ❤
Thanks so much! It's interesting stuff... I'll be playing some more today! 💛💚💛
I love hearing you talk through your thought process please don't stop 😊 ❤️🤗 xxxx
I don't think I'd be able to stop myself😁 I'm glad you're happy with the chatter❤️❤️❤️

It's lovely 😊
I love your accent too bless you plus I learn all sorts of snippets also end up buying all sorts of products you have introduced me to lol xxxx
Take care and I look forward to your next video 😊😊👍
Thanks so much, that's really kind kind! 💛💛💛
GORGEOUS, BEAUTIFUL.TY 🙂
Thank you! 😊🤎🤎🤎
Lovely, lovely card 😊
Thanks so much 😊
Your talking is quite soothing. Carry on chatting😊
Thanks Suzanne😊😊😊
Thank you showing the packs and for introducing Indigo Blu. I got my order today and they are stunning. I will certainly be getting some more 😊
Hope you enjoy it! It's lovely stuff! 😊
Those people who don’t like much talking need to find a different channel to watch. Just keep their comments to themselves and move on. We love you and all you have to say Chris. We learn so much from your talent and we have sooo much fun along the way. You are our cup of tea😘😘👍❤️
Thank you Candi, it's great to have your reassurance! 😊😊😊
Very interesting! Now I wonder about mixing other pastes or glues with mica and pigment powders I have. I think the main concern would be storing the mixture without it drying up. Still going to have a messy playtime today. Thanks for the inspiration.
Great idea! It certainly is a little messy! 🤣🤣🤣
That was so interesting. Thank you. I enjoy listening to you talking through your creative process. 👏😊💕
Thank you so much!🤎🤎🤎
Anyone who told you that you talk too much is rude. They had to take the time to be rude when they could have turned the volume down or just moved on. Never mind them we tune in to hear your process. Keep being you.
Thanks so much Connie! I appreciate your comments 😊😊😊
It is very good of you to show us your experiments with this new product Christine. I am surprised that there is no listing of the colours of powder. It doesn't say on the website either. Don't listen to that person who said too much talking - please keep on chatting while you work, it is how we learn new things. Another beautiful card.
Thanks so much Karen 😊😊😊
We love to know what you are thinking - so, we need your talking!!! Don't worry!
Thanks Ulrike, that's really kind😊😊😊
Very interesting, thank you for showing this new product 👍🏻🌸
My pleasure 😊
Hi. Thank you for sharing your experience, card and experimentation, it was very interesting to see. You don't talk too much, it's just the right amount because less talk means less information, less laughs and less fun so talk away as there's always plenty of folk only too happy to listen. ☺️
That's very gratifying to hear, thank you Deb. 💚💛💚
Wonderful colours i rarely use kraft card but will try this one its lovely.
Thank you so much 😊
I have just watched Indigoblutube that has video about Gilding Gum and how it works and how it dries clear. Very interesting watch. Also tells you all the colours in the sets.
It's interesting stuff isn't it!
Oooooooo! Thank you for sharing and your lovely description of what you are seeing… so helpful as the camera doesn’t always pick up the tiny things you can see and feel. I enjoy giggling with you my crafty friend. P. S. Please please please don’t let the cranky crabby people of the world steal our joy of your chatting with me in your magical room… they can and should exit silently
That's so good to know Barb 🤎🤎🤎
I am so curious as to why the gilding gum liquid was in a tub and not a squeeze bottle for easier transfers
That's a good thought!
Interesting medium, Christine! Thank you for giving it a go so we can see what it does! I love hearing you talk while you craft!
Thank you so much!, That's really kind 😊😊😊
This is an unexpected treat seeing you today. Very kind of you to show and demonstrate this new product, it’s very interesting to see the results on the two colours of card. That new stamp is a beauty! And love the card you have put together, will have a look on your instagram page to see your end result. Thank you and take care.
Glad you enjoyed it!😊😊😊 thanks so much
Some people are strange, she could either mute or not watch😁. I like the chatty format and we can ask questions and receive an answer. Lots of channels upload and never interact with their followers
Thanks Lynne, one thing I do try to do is to respond to comments left for me! 😊😊😊
Thanks for sharing your experiments. I enjoy hearing you talk, about what you are doing, thinking or what is going on in your life. They can hit the mute button, of course that won't give them a reason to complain. I love your card and look forward to more experiments with the other colors. Thanks Christine.
Thanks so much Debbie! I intend continuing with my experiments!😊😊😊
Thank you Chris for an informative video and watching you play with these products is really good. Gives me courage to have a go myself xxx
I think I'll be having quite a few more plays with this medium. Watch this space 😊🤎🤎🤎
As many others have already said, ignore the over chatter negativity. If they want a more polished video watch Jennifer Maguire (if I've spelt that correctly). We here all love the coffee and crafting with a friend approach. What fun you will have playing with your new toys!! Ex
I intend having many more experiments! 😊❤️❤️😊
What a fab new product, might have to go have a look at that 🙂 I am sure i can find a little space in my craft cupboard to put it lol, I too enjoy hearing you chatter along while you are coming up with your amazing ideas.
Thanks so much 🤎🤎🤎
Too much talking? Well, for Pete's sake, how else are we supposed to know your thought process - what works and what doesn't? You do you (as Tim Holtz says), and keep up the good work. I love your videos just the way they are.
That's very kind thank you Diane! ❤️❤️❤️
Love the experiment and the crafting and the chatter makes it real ❤️ we all do it. My kids come in and see who I'm talking too or laughing at or even cursing when I've messed up completely 😄
It's great to have an excuse to talk to myself... Who am I kidding? I'm talking to you! 😊😊😊
@@Chrissieannie your talking to all of us thank you
@@pamspilsbury4990 thanks
What a great demonstration. Thank you for sharing this. I love the card that you made. Very vintage looking. I wonder if you’d get a similar effect if you mixed the powder with something like PVA glue. It looks like it might be the same consistency. I might give it a go when no one’s looking! Crafty Hugs - Dawn 🌅
Whoo knows what might happen!!! 😊 I'd go for it! 🤎🤎🤎
New products are such fun! Love seeing what you’ll do with them! Another great video. Thanks❣️
You are so welcome! Thanks so much 😊😊😊
I think that was very rude for someone to say, she can always turn the volume down. Anyway what a brilliant trial with the gum and powders , they look so different on both colour cardstock and when you placed them over onto your die cutting machine the light caught them and they were really bright and different again. Your going to have such fun experimenting with this product can’t wait to see what evolves. It will be nice to see the other colours too . Love hearing you chat it’s like we’re there in the room with you . Thank you so much Christine xx may have to try some too !
If you do get some don't forget the discount code CHRISUA-cam! Thanks so much 🤎🤎🤎
Thanks for the experiment, very interesting. Jenny 🇨🇦
My pleasure😊😊😊
Thank you for this intro. It IS a beautiful medium, and your ideas resulted in more beauty-as usual.
Detritus-it’s such fun how these unique (in most of society today) words just roll off your tongue without a thought. A woman after my English-major heart! 😊
Thank you so much Marguerite, I like words... and obviously use a lot of them, too many for some people😁😁😁 I'll be trying out some more things with the Gilding Gum!
What fun to watch you experiment with a new product. Love the results!
Thanks so much, it was fun! I think I'll be having a few more games with it! 😊🤎🤎🤎
I stopped and smiled at detritus too 😊.
I’m willing to wager the number of us who love your chat exponentially outnumber any other.
That's really kind of you Kari, thank you... I'm sure you're right! 😊😊😊
I enjoyed watching you demo this new product. The colors were so interesting on the different card stock!😊
Weren't they just! Be interesting to try them on more colours! 🤎🤎🤎
I can’t believe someone simply wrote « too much talking ». Give me a chatterbox any day over ill mannered. Love your vidéos.
Their so much Marie, I appreciate your support! 💙💙💙

Thank You so much, I appreciate your vote of confidence! 😊😊😊

I love this new product! You do a fantastic job of experimenting for us. I guess I will need to purchase😉 Thank you as always❤️
Thank Yog so much 😊😊😊
Love the darker tones of this unique card!
Thank you 🤎🤎🤎
I would love to see the details of the making of and the finished project s. The camera seems so far away especially on the time cards. All the same they do come out looking good and really love the techniques and advice. Thank you for sharing.
I put finished cards on my Instagram page user name chrissiejob I hope you can see what you need there!
Very exotic and textural colouring; certainly creates a unique effect.
It's interesting isn't it! 🤎🤎🤎
Cool stuff! Just ignore the “negative Nellies”. Some people aren’t happy unless they’re trying to make others feel bad.
Thanks Joni, I think you're right! 💛💚💛
Too much talking! 😂😂😂. The bloody cheek of her. We love you chatting away whilst you craft. Talk more. It’s great to piddle the moaners off 🤣❤️
This made me chuckle Angela, thanks so much 😁❤️😊
Keep on chatting, for some people who are crafting and live alone, you are a live presence and may make the day less lonely!
On another note regarding giving a thumbs up for the video, this might only work if they are signed into UA-cam. Can’t give a thumbs up if watching via the clean and simple card group link on your post…unless I’m missing something 🤔
I didn’t know this!
Doesn’t the link just take you to my channel?
Technology is a bit of an anathema to me! 🙁
The link takes you to the video, but to give a thumbs up or comment you need to then sign into UA-cam..this might explain the numbers you mentioned being a bit lower..
Thank you this is helpful.
The gum "stuff" is very interesting. Thanks for showing us. Aren't people funny? If you're finding someone/something irritating, why not exercise your "democratic right" to move on? What is the point of bothering to leave a snarky comment? I've noticed that card makers/creatives often get troll-type comments. Beats me why you would bother, why not save your fingers for an encouraging or complimentary comment and spread a little sunshine. Anyway, I guess the old adage is useful here. While they're picking on me/you, they're leaving some other poor sod alone. FYI I find your lovely British accent very soothing. Cheers from Australia.👖(Pants for the complainers) 🤣
Wonderful comment Heather, my thoughts precisely... Why bother! I ask myself. As I am a moderator of that group where the person left the comment, I could have removed it or blocked her, but I thought I would leave it for others to see. Other people's reactions have been most supportive. Thanks so much for yours.💚💛💚
I am excited, as usual, to see what you play with next. Thanks for sharing this with me
You and me both!😊😊😊❤️
There's no pleasing everyone so you just have to please yourself and those who really matter to you. I'm doing my best to resist this new product. The shipping costs to the US are an incentive not to buy, however, our costs to ship internationally are astronomical now. I could not believe it. Good thing my daughter's husband is no longer stationed in Germany! I'd say this was a very successful experiment. Looking forward to seeing more.
I'll certainly be trying more... Watch this space 😁😊😊😊 thanks so much ❤️
I so wish they would sell their products in the USA. Or had a amazon store for us here in America.
There are a some outlets in the US. If you email them at orders@indigoblu.com and say where you are located they would let you know the closest store to you.
You would not get the 20% discount unless you ordered directly from them however. They do ship worldwide.
Thank you
I had to watch you without sound at 3am so I wouldn’t wake my husband! To be honest, I missed your chat and it just wasn’t the same. I put the captions on but that was hilarious 😂
I enjoy the relaxed, friendly vibe of your channel ( the uptight no talking can go back to her library)
You're the best!, Thanks so much. I think I know what you mean about the captions... One lady told me that one time when I was rustling a wet wipes packet, struggling to get one out, the captions said APPLAUSE!🤣🤣🤣
I Absolutely Love the product. I wonder what colors you would get if you mixed colors.
There's one way to find out! I have quite a few other Luscious powders and some similar ones from other companies so I may try all sorts with the gum.
It'll be like gum arabic I guess. I use that to mix with powders. I'm surprised there were no instructions though, it would be useful to know what ratio powder to gum should be used! Tfs Christine, very informative as usual 👏. And don't stop chatting, it's part of your charm 😀.
I think that the fact there are no instructions means that it may be used in a variety of ways, which I intend to exploit!😊😊😊 What fun! I've heard of gum Arabic but I don't really know what it is. 😟
@@Chrissieannie website said to mix equal volumes of glue and powder.
@@mjgeltz8842 I didn't spot that but I intend having a play!😊
@@Chrissieannie gum arabic is a clear version of this, I would say. I watched this video from Indigo Blu after watching yours. It's worth a watch! ua-cam.com/video/gF5jGsSPCQ0/v-deo.html

Than Yog so much 😊😊😊
Furniture polish does the same thing. Love your chatty video!❤️🇦🇺
Thanks. I'm not sure what furniture polish does the same thing as?
The gum. I’ve been using it for years on my cards with mica powders. So if you have some in your laundry cupboard, you can use it if you run out of the gilding gum, or can’t get it. 😊
The shoe polish I have is all waxy and more like gilding Wax..nothing like the gilding gum, which is water soluble and more like a glue. I'm not sure what your polish consists of?
I’m not sure either. I have seen others use it also for adding glitter to the inside of glass Christmas baubles. Mine looks like thin pva glue, but isnt sticky once dried. I’ve also used it to ‘oil’ timber cutting boards & trays. It’s all natural & non toxic. Maybe an Aussie product, I can’t remember, will dig out the bottle & have a look 🇦🇺❤️
I think maybe you're right, I've never heard of anything like that! 😊
I foresee someone placing a "c" and/ or a "p" on the tops of those little containers!😄 I love how this product looks! I wonder if anyone has thought to turn off the volume if they don't like talking and fast forwarding ?😳🤭
I've already done it!!!!!
@@Chrissieannie ahaha! I could hear the frustration
You know the way I think!
So, what I thought looked pewter as a powder is green/bronze and the green is closer to pewter! I have far too many mica products, starting with the H2O paints many years ago, I love them, I even make paints using gum arabic and watercolour.
These things are all fun aren't they! 😊😊😊
Beautiful!!! Do you need to set the Lucious powder on the versamark??? I know you need to with perfect pearls!! ❤❤
There is a fixatives in the powders but, a mist of water also helps. For a different effect you can use hairspray!
There is not too much talking. If the lady doesn’t want to listen she should mute it. Ps I totally agree with your dislike of the term fussy cutting, thought that was just me being grumpy.
Sandra I'm so pleased to hear you agree with me about "fussy" cutting! I guess I just don't care for gimmicky phrases. There seems to be lots of buzz words in society these days! 😟
Thank you for a great expperiment, could the gum be used with a brush and used as a glaze?.
Don't see why not! 😊😊😊
What would happen if you added gum to die cut and brushed powder over or do you have to premix?
I imagine you can do whatever you like... Your project is your project. Not sure what the finished effect would be, but it sounds as though it would work!
