Dishwashers generally consume a lot of water and electricity. Well, this one from IFB proves that notion wrong on both counts. Say hello to Neptune VX's A++ energy efficiency. On an average, it uses only 9 liters of water a day, not affecting your water bill much.
Flexible Half-load Option
Who said that using a dishwasher is sensible only if you have a heavy load of utensils? Certainly not us. With its half-load mode option, you can choose whether to load just the upper rack or the lower rack. It doesn't matter whether it's a heavy or a light load - wash away.

Jet washer mode: This fast and efficient mode is for cleaning the lesser greasy utensils like coffee mugs, tea cups, milk and tea making utensils. Thanks to this mode, one can clean the utensils in not more than 18 minutes using its four-place settings capacity, and get sparkling and new-looking utensils in a matter of minutes.
Energy saving efficiency: With a consumption rate of just around nine litres of water per day, this is an ideal machine that does not just clean the dishes but also saves water and power.
Adjustable racks for custom space: The dishwasher comes with racks and shelves adjustable through its height. This provides an ease of access to all the users and introduces more flexibility to the users for efficient cleaning.
Flexible half-load mode: This option allows one to load either the upper rack or the lower rack or both of them together depending on the kind of utensils lined up for cleaning. The functionality does not fall whether the dishwasher is half-loaded or fully loaded.
Water softening device for better cleaning: With its water softening device, the dishwasher can soften hard water up to 60 dh so that the detergent can dissolve perfectly in it, thereby cleaning the dishes and utensils more efficiently. This also leads to optimized detergent uses.
Steam drying option: This function tends to vaporize all the moisture, leaving the utensils perfectly dried out without leaving a speck of detergent or moisture mark over them. This makes the utensils look all new and fresh.

One question. There is a tendency in Indian household in having a open mindset against dishwasher, like that of washing machine. Rs. 40k, not all dishes can be washed, potential expenses of repairing cost over time, etc. are concerns.

What happens if there's a power cut while the dishwasher is running?

When i opened the product it was wet inside... it seems that some one used it in past. the trey rack was broken. there were scratch on the door as well. even with all these odds the installation engineer came to house for installation, he gave excuse. considering such large product initially i did not thought about replacement and we started using the product IFB Neptune VX Plus. in first few wash we got few dents in the utensils and cracks in crockery, also F5 error, the wash cycle was not getting over. We complaint same guys came with another person he rectified the F5 error and cycle getting over however the dent issue was not resolved. finally the new person came and suggested the machine to be replaced may be some internal issue, i am still awaiting the machine replacement.
Me also, very very worst IFB.

for your attention... try to avoid mixie jar in dishwasher. the rubber beneath the blade get spoiled. dont you know???? !!!!!
and aluminium should not be used in dishwasher! ask ifb if it is allowed???? mostly stainless steel , dish washer safe plastics and glass can only be used.
