fassbender is one of the best actors alive today
Marion is unbelievably beautiful and talented - one of our best, for. sure. Can't believe she's turning 40 this year. She looks 20 to me.
***** Yeah it's crazy.
Violet Hill She looks her age to me and no less beautiful for it.
Marion is the most beautiful and talended actress of her generation.
Well, what else can I say about Michael? He's simply the greatest!
I have to say the actress playing Lady Macbeth is perfect casting to my mind. The way I have always imagined her is a beautiful tragic women with pained but beautiful expression. She fits the bill perfectly.
Michael Fassbender is the man!
Just saw the movie. Shakespeare would have been proud. I think they nailed it, exactly what Bill had envisioned in 1600. The best adaptation of the best tragedy ever written, in my opinion. The death of the Macbeth child at the beginning just adds a new level to the story
True talents to them both.
Can't wait to see the film.
Michael's answer from 8:37 is just fassynating to listen to. I see images in my head as I'm hearing his thought-process.
I personally think George RR Martin based a lot of the Stannis character on Macbeth along relationship with his wife and of course the Witches or Witch in Stannis's case.
+max rav Maybe TV Stannis but not A Song of Ice and Fire Stannis.
+max rav OMG YES!!!!!
Some of the questions being asked are so shockingly bad kudos for the actors, for answering these questions in a professional manner........
Right? I was like holy shit, all of them stumbled shallow questions.
People have to get their minds out of the stage productions. Kurzel's work is super real. I'm looking forward to seeing something different.
I agree with Michael. Kurosawa's Throne of Blood is my fav as well.
She speaks English but ,you know, as one French rugby player once said 'in France we speak French'.
Last question we call an EPIC FAIL!
+parsoumash Yeah, and look at the evil smile of the woman behind the reporter!!! She shouldn't be enjoying other's failure because hers will come soon...
they are so talented and eloquent and I love how michael and marion internalized their roles, it really does show in the movie, AMAZING film with SUPERB performances..
and ugh I hated the questions at 33:58
What were wrong with them? They seemed like genuine questions
Fassbender > Waltz. to me it seems more like McDuff´s tragedy, he actually is the one losing all even has to kill his fallen best friend and brother in arms. No family, No Friend nothing.
Muy ameno. ¡Me gustó!
oh that poor woman at the end lol what a mistake-ah to make-ah
It fascinates me that these guys even at the highest level don't do their homework and mess up seemingly easy facts. No, Fassbender worked with Mcqueen three times, not twice. Hence, the introduction...
Never mind the actors - what about the fabulous location? No where better that Bamburgh. The car park is full of film crews several times a year, but I do remember having to stop on my way to work for wardrobe rails getting pushed across the road for this one.
I'm disappointed that nobody asked them about Assassin's Creed!
19:40
Why is Ingrid the face of Cannes when she is Swedish they should put Marion Coitillard
Gallowglass
Hm, ended on a kind of awkward/kind of funny note, lol.
Marion looks pissed off for some reason. If it weren't for that Angolian reporter, we wouldn't have seen her smile and the end of course by that person who is a reporter?
Why couldn't Marion answer the questions in english when they were asked by reporters who spoke english?
Man, those fans? ran like jackals to the front.
+franzchick66 ?? why don't you learn French ? She is French and Cannes is in France so you know...
+franzchick66 You do realize where the festival is,right? She did right by her,she is French, she was in France, and the festival is French as well. It's called national pride and principles, something a whole lot of the world has forgotten about,or as in case of USA,never had,and never will have because it does not apply to them.
