As a Squash player, Squash definitely needs the most fitness. That being said, I'm pretty confident getting repeatedly hit by your opponent is tougher than Squash 😂

Then doing this on multiple consecutive days. More anecdotally, I have had friends who considered themselves pretty fit (eg. marathon runners, soccer players, etc.) play the sport for an hour and tell me that they, quote, "couldn't sit on the toilet properly for half a week" Requires the most fitness is not exactly a stretch.
I am tennis player and I admit badminton, squash are exhausting sport. Main reason is it’s quick and played in closed place. Can’t beat tennis though !! It will make you sweat in outdoor winter !!

I disagree. Squash is a relatively small sport with a big claim: most calories burnt in an hour across sports. I think they are right in hammering it in with aim of getting more people to try it.
