  • This is the craziest fountain we've ever built. It turned out awesome (I think so anyway 😜) These front entrance centerpiece water fountains are so much fun to build, and I think they enhance a home so much! Loved building this one. Let me know what you think in the comments!
    We have 5 stacked slate urns and 5 patio bowls from Aquascape in this setup, and 3 AquaSurge 4000-8000 pumps, with a total of 14 bubblers, or fountains that we controlled with ball valves to get the pressure to each fountain just right, from only the 3 pumps.

    Not only is this an amazing build, but your video is also excellent in every way. You've shown the process, the result, and the customer's reactions without beating us over the head with self congratulations. Your music is evocative without being over bearing, and the pride and joy experienced by all involved is self evident. Thank you for sharing your creativity in such a gracious & creative manner.

    I keep telling my wife I'm not a fan of urns and bowls, but then you keep making these urn and bowl projects look so daggum good. I'm starting to question whether I even know what I like anymore. 🤔🤣

    Outstanding project. It’s like the Q center courtyard feature, but better fitted to a woodland backdrop. Just awesome! I like this one better than the one at the Q. The plant selection is awesome as well.

    This is really a next-level piece that I don't think very many people even in the aquascaping community could pull off, and if they could it wouldn't be in 4 days. Layers of depth in there that is pretty amazing......I have a project im getting ready to do in my front yard with 3 spheres and a large urn. Plants/trees/shrubs and the root system they grow dont effect the liner or pumps over time? And when you use a float system do you plumb it into the vault or some other method to keep turbulence down. I haven't been able to find anything on float systems.

    • @Tusseylandscaping
      @Tusseylandscaping  2 роки тому +1

      Thanks a lot! 😁
      We install the automatic fill in the vault so it’s easily accessible.
      Roots can be a challenge depending on the type of tree or plant. I would avoid River birch or willow or anything that loves water.

    This build is awesome
    But I have a question about the construction of a wetlandfilter. When you build it you place the pipe on the bottom of the filter (hole). But if your waterpump stops how do you prevent that the water is not being suckt out of the wetlandfilter back in to the pond( through the pipe because of the law of connected vessels). I have build my own pond on the aquascape way and the wetland filter is my “biofalls” so the water level is higher than the waterlevel of the pond. I hope you can answer my question and Thank you for all the great videos. Regards Jules De Paepe (Belgium)

      Thanks for watching and commenting! I get over to Europe occasionally 😉
      Use a check valve. That'll keep the water from back flowing. Aquascape makes some specially designed for ponds

    • @Tusseylandscaping

      sometimes they do rot, however, we try to use hard woods so that they deteriorate very slowly! It's the nature of the beast though, using natural products!
