I was really struggling from past few years in my studies but I kept on making the same mistake that I focused on making a plan that I should complete this thing on this day and I should study 10-12 hours daily but when I start to do study I lose focus after 1 hour and then get distracted then after wasting time I become anxious and I further avoid work and procrastinated then this cycle repeated again and again and I become more and more anxious and insecure On bad days I skipped prayers and I just lie on bed lethargic scrolling all day. I got alot of health issues. Few days ago I consulted a psychiatrist and she recommended me to make a routine and just study for 2hours then break then again 2-2 hours routine and it really helped me I feel so much good after studying and also enjoying breaks as if all my life problems are solved. Alhamdulilah ✨
Yes, studying for periods of 90-120mins and then taking a significant break is optimal for retaining your attention span. It allows you to 1) get more work done as youre still focused and 2) do it with better quality. Allahumma Baarik
Im not a Muslim and i follow an ancient pagan religion of our community but aome people look down upon me and my community, but i think other thoughts doesn't matter until we have faith in our God🙏🏻
Not interested in getting an identity from any religion🙂, just live your own life bro, create some content that how we were manipulated by the religion and crack down the problems in all the religions
This tells me you most likely havent looked into any of the religions, especially islam. It gives you the best code as to how one should live a life where he benefits himself and others in the best way possible. That's peaceful.
@@AhmadArticulatefor many people it doesn't. Everyone has different moral and emotional lackings. I've studied all religions thoroughly and found that Buddhism had the philosophy that better helped me improve myself. But reality is that thinking that a single religion is the true one is a personal fallacy. All religions are true because they're just beliefs. Stop believing in them and they won't exist.
I think Allah SWT (connecting everything to him, trying) sent me the perfect video from you, and I think this is the video that will change my life. Jazakallah from the bottom of my heart
I think this video helped me so much
