Hi! I/m new to the world of colouring. I have just bought the 150 prismacolour premiere set but it does not have PC1105 Orchid or PC1104 Amethyst. Are they missing or are they new colours that have been made after the full set was made. I am sorry to ask on a fist comment. Brilliant spotlight video! I know I will be able to create beautiful pages now thankyou ❤
Hi Claire 👋🏼 welcome to the wonderful colouring community 🤗 So yes both pencils are new, they are replacing lilac and lavender. Hi Karen, about my Castle Art pencils, my 27 is Cherry but yours is Indian red light, I have a newer set, is that the reason? I’m sorry for so many comments but I Just figured it out, I don’t have their Pasteltint…Karen do you feel it’s worth getting them, I have the Holbeins and as you know they have 50 pastel colors. Thank you so much for your patience with me.🥰
Hey Keni, yep if I’ve written PT after the number then they’re from the Pasteltint range 😁 So I don’t have the Holbeins myself but I think if you have these then there’s no need to purchase the Pasteltints as well, unless you don’t want to mix brands of pencils on your page 😁🤗

If I went ahead got them, at least I would know they would work together, being from the same brand. I think you helped me decide lol, thank you for helping me work it out 😁🤗

Hi Marina, yeah there is a difference. I don’t have the gold set myself but I’m aware that some of the colours are different between the sets 😁
Also the originals are wax based and the gold set is oil based 😊

These are all Castle Art pencils, any with PT after the number are from their Pasteltint set 😊
