    While the only way to increase the ability to bring the leg up is by stretching, Mr. Du shares a few methods to stretch.

      Agreed. He always gives very good insight and "quick-turnaround" tips. He highlights common mistakes and gives guidance on how to correct them.

    Excellent! I loved the correction of not putting the foot on the block and also the danger of being seduced by the instagram posts. These are things I can pass on to my students.
    I love his presentation style.
