@@atasteofsintmaarten5501 HEY! so I made it and it turned out amazing!!! I am actually trying it again with a few tweaks to the items I used previously. I used salted instead of unsalted butter so my veggie mix was a little too salty so I'm using unsalted this go round. The fish is also a tad bigger so i'm trying to guesstimate the right amount of everything too lol
@@alicianoel6377 Hi! You can just add some salt and omit the butter if you prefer. The seasoning from the fish and veggies, should be sufficient and still flavorful. Also, based on thickness of your fish, if you are using the same seasoning, you can double it and add a 1/4 tsp salt or 1 tsp soy sauce or 1 tsp bouillon. I hope this helps. Happy to hear you're trying the recipe! Thank you for the support!

It was Sint Maarten where I fell in love with whole Red Snapper! OMG!!! I can't wait to try this for dinner tomorrow! As an American, it isn't our culture to eat fish with the head on but as a traveler I am always open to try local foods the way they are prepared in the country I am visiting. I've been eating it like this ever since I visited in 2017!
Thank you for your comment. In my opinion, the sweetest part of the fish, is its head. Initially, my husband wasn't a fan of eating fish with its head on either. But now he loves it. Please let me know how it turned out for you.
Hi Teresa! Yes, you should be able to use any kind of fish you like. I chose red snapper because it’s one of my favorite fish to eat. Feel free to choose a fish you’re familiar with - as far as taste, texture, cook time, etc. I hope this helps. Thanks for your support!
