Great video man. One tipis to utilize existing industry reports and market analysis to identify emerging trends within a niche, giving you a first-mover advantage. Always remember, the riches are in the niches.
I swear I was thinking a couple of weeks ago that maybe I should focus on HVAC companies. The reason I was thinking this was due to a friend of mine recently having to pay thousands of dollars to an HVAV company for some work and I’m thinking “man, that’s a huge amount of money for one job.” So thank you once again Ryan for helping me confirm that this is what I should target ❤
Hey Stephen - yes! we have training up, and we're doing another live bootcamp on local this month. You need to be a member to get access. Check us out here: theblueprint.training
Dude hell yeah, this is literally an amazing video, I just subbed. The whole pitch of no one's looking on facebook or instgram for this, theyre going to Google. Is simply going to change the game for me. I have been targeting services based companies such as plumbers, house cleaners, painters and that exact thing applies to them. This is definitely going in my cold call script.
So, are you running the marketing for those niche players as an agency or do you try to squeeze in as intermediary while selling leads to those players?! If its the first I assume you also negotiate some kind of performance fee on top of your retainer?
its not bad, but theres a ceiling there bc theres not a ton of money in cleaning. the avg client value to them is probablu like $250, that doesnt leave a lot of room for customer acquisition costs. we talk abt this stuff daily inside of our program, i highly suggest you look into it if youre serious about building an agency: theblueprint.training
@@NOTRyanStewart *i thought it would be easier niche to go for as a beginner than for HVAC. *please, like how much is average SEO client price for cleaning services vs HVAC??
How do you feel about senior care centers (rehab and long-term nursing homes)? I have a customer who I've gotten very good initial organic search results and I've been considering making this market a niche business.
you are legit my good sir, I am right now starting my own business and I go to a lot to any office you can name to give them my services, web making, SMM, SEO... etc. law firm are the one that are more interested in these kinds of services and company that have multiple branches all over the country, the rest you can do one time job and be done with them, you don't want to stick around with a business who have 1 branch or very small.
Funny .... I have a friend who works for an HVAC company doing sales and asked me to help him get more leads the other day, because his company funnels good leads to certain people.
Hey Ryan, this was great. Very well thought out and reasoned. Quick question. In terms of professional services niches to go after, have you found accounts to be a good target? And how about computer networking? I appreciate the knowledge you drop.
You can just mark up an amount of niches and Keywords you have in mind and pay once for ahrefs. There you can see volume of Keywords etc very useful before making your website and a good way to screen which one has least competition and most volume
Hi Ryan. Might be a tricky one for you to answer as you are US based but would you say you'd go for the same recommendations in the UK? Great advice by the way!
im sure there's overlap, but whats important is you understand the criteria on how to evaluate a niche. watch this video, it will be more helful: ua-cam.com/video/SpJ8sdh-FFg/v-deo.htmlsi=oqu_HQZh-WNpjj55
Ryan, I appreciate this 🙏 I have a roofing prospect and law firm on the line. This information should reel them in, and it's exciting because I've been marketing low ticket products with other clients and not having much success. Can you give me one of the websites to one of your clients? I'd like to check out their website set up with your touch on it...
happy to provide all that, each week inside of my community i do walkthroughs of real client campaigns. you can join here for $199: theblueprint.training
Hi Ryan, I know your video is targeted to agencies....but how would a professional service (ie such as a chiropractor) find an agency well versed and knows what they're doing? Hiring a few agencies over the years for local seo -with seriously no returns - dishing out cash without much result. It's been a fruitless and expensive endeavour!
go through the questioning process i laid out in the video (also check out my video i posted just before this one). they need to meet that criteria in order to be considered a good niche
being specialist might be good for businesses in early stages but riches are NOT in niches, riches are in big markets but absolutely agree with serving higher LTV clients
@NOTRyanStewart watching this I realized how I have overlooked local because I don't feel like I've had that much experience, definitely not in the GMB and local pack. I do have some good legal experience though in site structure and content creation, lots of ecommerce. I always love doing audits too regardless of industry
“Y’all didn’t care. Nobody watched it. That’s fine.” I felt that.
lmaooo
😂

agreed! thanks for the comment Jay
Well, it was on my to-do list today to find a niche. Thanks for priming my mind and I will find the other video on your channel and watch it also.
:)
Thanks for the info, Ryan! What about natural supplements niche? Beginner here.
brutal competitive niche, i would not go into it

youre welcome Nicole :)
When you said home services, I thought interior design. Does it fall in this category? And is it a good niche to consider?
not really - when i say home services i mean like HVAC and roofers
Do you have training videos on ranking in the maps in the updated bpt?

Hey Ryan, nice list of niches. What about landscaping?
lanscaping is solid

What about general contracting?
general contracting is ok, but they mainly work off referrals. think more about niches where people are going to google, calling and hiring
How do you feel about senior care centers (rehab and long-term nursing homes)? I have a customer who I've gotten very good initial organic search results and I've been considering making this market a niche business.
It's a good niche as well
Awesome content. Thanks Ryan
My pleasure!
what do you charge for an seo and how much impression do you get them
$10k
@NOTRyanStewart a month or specific result?
Great stuff! Appreciate the knowledge share.

Ryan, for my hair transplant I shouldn't be running Meta ads?
Thanks for the value master.
You can do both! Meta works too

Well.. Didn’t you get any result? Like 0..?
The best thing you can do is learn enough about the tactic to make yourself lethal when interviewing and getting agencies
Thats why you only hire a Blueprint Grad. 🚀
