I've used the mini-crosser for 13 years, with good reliability. I too am a wheelchair-bound person. Unfortunately, the servicing options in my area in France require a drive of about 6 hours, but the distributor has been very helpful, - even kind. I firmly believe it's the best scooter made. How many kilometers have you driven with it in the 13 years and how many batteries have you used or how long do they last? gel or lithium batteries? I live in Germany and drive a Meyra cityliner 415 with 200 amp AGM batteries. I live on the mountain. I am not allowed to use public transport because of safety. My mobile is the only way to go where I want or what range the mobile gives me year about 1100 km I don't need any help, this mobile gives me freedom, I can drive whenever I want and I don't have to wait for anyone.
Beautiful advertisement, but it is a pity that it does not correspond to reality! I bought such an electric scooter, believing in advertising, I traveled for two weeks, drove up a hill of rubble, the wheel spun, the gearbox broke! I turned to the manufacturers, they said that they don’t work with individuals, they REFUSED to help, such a company !!! I am a disabled wheelchair user, my pension is small, I have been collecting for this scooter for ten years, I dreamed about this scooter, and it did not justify my trust! The management refused to help me, we don’t have spare parts for this scooter, now it’s broken! I believed the advertisement that the company was serious, but they did not want to help the disabled person, they acted vilely!!!
