I turned to the manufacturers, they said that they don’t work with individuals, they REFUSED to help, such a company !!! I am a disabled wheelchair user, my pension is small, I have been collecting for this scooter for ten years, I dreamed about this scooter, and it did not justify my trust! The management refused to help me, we don’t have spare parts for this scooter, now it’s broken! I believed the advertisement that the company was serious, but they did not want to help the disabled person, they acted vilely!!!
