Me too. I have the code 50 and I liked it a lot more when I found out you can hook it up to a computer and update the amps built in software.

I've bought a few pedals from them and they were awesome , i got the extreme metal pedal , an equalizer and a compressor pedal. Very good products for cheap!
Joyo is a solid amp maker that does not fuck around with respect to the 200 dollar-ish pricepoint. They really loaded this thing up with options at...143 bucks-shipped. Everything is also on board so you are not hostage to an app or the internet. Sounded good. Looks like the controls are fairly simple and intuitive so you dont feel like a dipshit trying to ascertain what does what while letting you focus. Looper is on board, with pedal. I think it is Joyo's schtick to crank out a gem like this that will go underappreciated, but I will give it a solid look in a couple months when its time for another little practice amp. Im not sure the Positive Grid contenders ive been looking at are demonstrably better in ways I will actually appreciate and at a substantially higher price.
Ive owned a semi tube joyo zombie 2 now since 2019 , compared to my mt-15 being a 10 , the joyo is easily an 8 , and a lot more affordable! Been away for a while glad to be back , hope all is going good with you Rich and thanks again for the guitar , shes in drop c at the moment been playing some kittie and disturbed through her !

I too am jumping for Joy-o. Great demo. Lots of cool features on this amp, though I'm not a fan of the gain structure but it's still a nifty lil amp.

Interesting review, I guess it does not get the Bald Shredder seal of approval but I do like the fact that you pointed out some of the cons to the amp at the end.
Didn't get the stamp because the "Metal" setting doesn't really get it done.
@@thebaldshredder got the Yamaha thr10 and positive grid spark, and spark mini no need for another one..
Ii have to tell you. If I hadn’t just bought the BlackStar Fly 3 Double amp combo, I would have seriously considered that Joyo for the effects and looper. Thanks for another great video! You sure did a lot of work to demo it. Great presentation, dude!

Most excellent demonstration BS. I agree on the gain. Not enough. Looper, Bluetooth and drum beats are pretty cool. All in all it’s feature packed for the price. Seems simple to use.

This amp might be good for beginners... but it could be better.
The metal setting is definitely not strong enough.

Watched your video with Dane from Zimms where you admitted making this video wasn't worth the effort for the views. I got that vibe from Dane when he told his customer good luck with that shady amp.
Im trying to learn how to play and i want to know if i can get it to sound distorted
I have a small 30w line 6 amp which was about 100$ more than this one, I like the drum beats the line 6 has several different ones. I think JOYO needs to put more than 1 beat, and also an option to change the BPM of drum beats..my line 6 does not offer that and I wish it did, also would like to have the looper , which in line 6 wouldve been in the 60w version..

@@thebaldshredder oh crap I didnt hear that the first watch thru...I guess the only thing this one needs then is the Line 6 "Insane" gain setting..lol but as a kid just starting I remember my first little tube amp thing from the 50s or 60s with no real distortion..lol This would be great starting amp and heck just add pedal for even more distortion/gain..lol
