Hey guys just to say that later in the video where we got that red 3500S running that is not the right way to do things we knew the engine was dead before we started it and really we just got it going for fun as the new owner was going to bare shell restore the car anyway and replace the engine but I just wanted to say don't do what we did on your project car!
I just wish the bloke had settled for the VIP & the estate, even if the latter was still savable. They were both quite distinguishable, stood out in a crowd, so didn't really need the comparatively more standard P6s.
It always angers me wen i c wat cars rover and the uk used to make wen u compare them to the last rovers we made there is just 0 comparison these p6 rovers were so ahead of there time and gorgeous to drive u would have thought with all the advances in tooling and technology rover could of been world leaders in car production but all that was saved was the mini!!!!and landrover!! The rest binned and rightly so such a criminal crazy waiste of a once epic car manufacturer
Can you please elaborate a little? This video removing the cars from the deceased man's house....is it years old or is it current? You mentioned somewhere that the station wagon was now restored so I am confused. Sorry to not understand but I would like to really know the timeframe.
Not really new content is it? Just about all repeated from last years video you did on it? You put what happened too them? Nothing happened too them? Scraped thats what happened too them😂

Known locally as P6-Man.
Once went over there for a look in from the road but these were nearly all clearly visible from the train.
Nice looking TR6 at 52.10 Now that is a real motor worth saving.
Great to see these cars going to good homes/ use.
Amazing collection of P6's i can understand the emotional attachment to cars as having to wait patiently till the end of June for my next one.
I remember watching this video that the first time I saw you sheldon
Wow Amazing Video thanks for sharing this , such a shame the old teacher got sick and couldn't look after the collection.

Where’s cup now?, this was a great vid! Brilliant update!, my dad had a 2000, in 1978. I was 7. I loved it! His mate had a 3500, well he would lol!
Up date on what?
The P6 at the end is fabulous, Looks like a Stag and an Austin in the garage also.
Is it a Stag? Looks like a TR5 or 6...cool car either way. The one at the back looks like a Jag Mk2, can't see the Austin tho.
@@duncanpatterson8730 It was a little Rley
@@classic_britain Ah okay, not too familiar with those cars.

You'd always see a ruck of P6's from the train as you passed Cheadle Hulme....

The rover estate in its prime at 42:10 and what it looks like now at 42:23, now owned a rover enthusiast, been restored.
This was 2 years ago the wagon is being restored as we speak and Cup is done now
You told me to comment as I won the parts price but John wasn't happy it was a wild guess on the parts
Looks like I have to gift it live an I shall on the next stream!
@@classic_britain ok thanks you mate
All sad but i bet not for the neighbours ?
Nice to see cup.
Oh yea collin had the white golf .
How do you prime the oilpump
Tkae the dizzy off and with a long metal tool turn the pump for about 30-40 seconds to get oil on the cam and around the engine.

You may be referring to Pete C Cortina city he released his version of this video a while back. You can actually see his car in the thumb nail.
Yes that makes total sense. What happened to Pete C?
Had the 9th but last, apparently.....p6 3.5s... sold it to some dude from a museum.. 30 years back.
