Ji i am not sure why your creatine was 1.7 and why it is now 1.03. If you are doing all this with a healhty lifestyle that you can maintain lifelong, you have done a good job and your kidneys are normal. If you have used some herbal product or homeopathic medicine to decrease your creatinine, then it is not a good sign.

You dont need to do any other test. just do a 4 monthly follow up with your doctor to make sure that proteinuria doesnt come back again.

S. Potassium - 6
Sodium - 145
Total protein - 6.34
Chloride- 104.00
Right Kidney measures -09.0×3.8 cm in size
No Left kidney.
Pl. Comment on this so that ,I can manage it well.
At present my age is 53
Ji apko Ckd 4 hai or ap apnay nephrologist kay sath mil kar apni CKD ki achi management karain.

Hello sir, mere bhai ko almost 1 week hypertension ka masla raha, bp 170/ 105 se uper rahte ti, jub blood or urine test karwaya to, creatinine 1mg/dl or urine microalbumin 250mg/l haya, doctor ne advant ( candesartan 16 mg) din mai do baar or keto cell ( analogue) din mai 2 baar use kar ne ke liye den, 1 week mai bp control ho gaya or jub 3 week baad test karwa ya to creatinine 0.9 mg/ dl or albumin in urine 200mg/ l ho gaya, eGFR>60 or kidney ka ultrasound bi karwaya ta jo ke normal ta, sir kiya mere bhai ki treatment sahi ja rahi h, what your sagestion, please reply, thanks.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Ji agar unka blood pressure controlled hai to unki treatment thek hai. Laikin unka aik mukamal check up hona chahiy kay unka Bp 170 tak kion gaya.

Ji low protein will definitely harm your health. You can easily use 50 to 60 grams of proteins daily as CKD patient, regardless of the stage.

I am sorry your nephrologist didnt educate you. But your proteinuria and hematuria improved with Losartan and not on its own. Losartan is a very potent and helpful medication. Hematuria rarely disappears in IgA.
