- iOS Octachron Midi Drum Sequencer - Tutorial: iPhone Support, 16 Parts…
apps.apple.com/gb/app/octachr...
OCTACHRON is a very flexible iOS MIDI Sequencer with up to 16 tracks and rich modulation and sequencing capabilities. It is optimized for drums, but also a lot of fun for basic melody lines. It works standalone or as AUv3 MIDI plugin in your favorite iOS DAW (like AUM, Logic Pro, Cubasis, Beatmaker, ApeMatrix or Nanostudio etc. (not GarageBand))
! PLEASE NOTICE: OCTACHRON IS A MIDI SEQUENCER AND DOES NOT CREATE ANY SOUNDS OF ITS OWN !
We believe in specialization. This is why OCTACHRON is focused on in depth MIDI sequencing. Control your favorite iOS drums like Blip Box, Ruismaker or MV08, synths like Zeeon or Model D or any other hard- or software MIDI instrument with it. iOS 12 or higher required. If used with a host software, this has to be compatible with the MIDI AudioUnit standard.
OVERVIEW
- Standalone or AUv3 AudioUnit
- 1-32 steps with flexible clock divider and custom time signatures
- Up to 16 mutable tracks with adjustable length
- Up to 8 chainable patterns (song mode)
- Swing with flexible swing grid
- Save and restore your pattern and MIDI mapping presets
- Parameter lock for velocity, trigger probability and condition, ratcheting and MIDI CC Modulation
- Scales generator
- MIDI control pattern selection and mute
- Customizable mapping and mapping presets

Thank you for all those tutorials you are doing. Showing an app would be easier, but you always go the extra step to show HOW it is working…and that helps a lot in our decisions taking
Thanks
Very flexible sequencer!! Thanks for the update Leo!
👍👍
This is one of my absolute favorite drum sequencers, so glad it’s on iPhone now too!
Yeah
Nice! Thanks for the tutorial and giveaway!

Great app ! 🔥
👍👍
I've got Octachron so it is good to see this update video. Thank you & thumbs up!
👍👍
I waited a long time for the iPhone support to come. The wait was worth it for the best midi drum sequencer. People say you don’t need a bunch of apps but really Octachron is a main necessity that everyone needs. It’s one of the first apps you should buy and make it mandatory to own.
Wow 👍
Thanks for the vid and the giveaway!👍🏽🧔🏼🙏🏽
👍👍
Nice update Leo! I don’t want to be entered in the draw but wanted to show my support. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks
As if Octachron wasn't accessible enough, Leo. This is a super update. Thanks for letting us know. 🙏
👍👍
Winner
Seems very useful, specially on AUM if you want a flexible and light sequencer auv3
👍👍
I'm waiting for iOS version of Klevgrand OneShot and I think it will make a perfect pair with the Octachron :) Thanks Leo!
Yeah good point
Good review as always, Mr. Leo ! (Upss, sorry for the confusion) :-)
He’s not “Gavinski”.. I also made that mistake a few years ago.
@@WyattLite-n-inn ha ha, thanks for the heads up !
