If I'm honest, I don't agree. I think his mind is so warped by religion he cannot let it go and will cling to it no matter what. That's why if even 1% is true he would still use it. Any healthy person of sound mind would not use a how to book if they were told it was only 1% accurate, they would search for a better book. He refuses to admit that because he can't let go. Using this caller’s logic, I could imagine him doing an powertrain repair with service instructions that omits all torque spec; no instructions to replace place bearing, seals and gaskets; no timing diagram and no lubricant specs. IF, he happens to attempt service on powertrain components that motor is ensured to destroy itself within a brief course of operation. I see your point. But for example, last night me and my neighbor were installing a headlight kit made in China on my golf cart. A lot of the instructions were accurate. Some of the instructions appeared to be gibberish and if we would have followed those we would have ruin or destroyed something.
