Great info ty! I moved to Temecula in December and decided I need a career change. I just finished my first final I have 2 more to pass til I take the state exam. I will definitely keep what you said in mind and would love to shadow anyone willing in my area.
i’ve been thinking about pursing real estate for the past few months but i’m nervous because i don’t really have any connections to this field. i have no idea where to get a mentor or someone to shadow.
wow perfect timing man. I'm 19 and in classes right now to get my license and have been watching all your videos. my goal is to make $100,000 my first year
I'm from Jamaica and I'm 17 with hopes of becoming a Real Estate Entrepreneur... Plan on going to the Real Estate Training Institute in Jamaica as soon as I leave grade 13.. Gonna be like you one day. I love you! ❤
Kymloi Oliver my family is from Ja ( st Ann’s) and I go from Time to time. I’m 25 and looking to get my real estate license in jersey and some how in ja too. Working on getting my citizenship in ja. If u have any info on that would love to speak more !
Great video! Just passed my exam 09/05/2018!! 🎉 anyone in the Miami Dade / Fort. Lauderdale area? I would love to shadow you & be mentored! Thank you in advance 💛
Hey for the rookies you should go more in depth on where and how one can find a brokerage, or figure out how to go about shadowing other agents. I'm looking forward to getting my license, I've been watching your videos, and i am definitely appreciating these tips.
Hello, my name is Anaiya, but I prefer to go by Renee but I'm very interested in becoming a real estate agent I'm 19 years of age, attend college, but would like to start the process of learning everything about real estate and earning my real estate license, I would definitely want a mentor, I have many questions...
I've been considering this career for years... but now, i think, im really ready for it, i'm about to get it done, watching your video was a real inspiration. Thank you.
Bryan I cant express how much I appreciate these videos; im soaking all this knowledge in. I live in the DMV area but hopefully one day I'll get a chance to shake your hand and thank you. I'm going to follow this page even after I reach my full potential in this field. I have two more class sessions left before the PSI and I'm looking forward to the next steps.
I have worked on title side for several years and decided to get my license when I realized how many mediocre agents were generating pretty decent revenue for themeselves. I basically said to myself "If these agents are dong it and they aren't even putting in the time to learn simple real estate concepts, such as understsanding the contract and constantly asking the same questions and not taking the initiative to become experts in the field, I certainly can do it!" So I did. I just passed my course a week ago and will be sitting for my state test next week. I feel my experience in title will certainly give me an edge as the closing process isn't new to me and I understand things that most agents depend on their title company to resolve. I have seen hundreds of transactions and know which ones can potentially fall through from inception. Obviously this is not a science but through experience certain transactions are just not worth it. Simple research, which many agents avoid, can prevent a crappy experience. These will occur but I feel the risk factor decreases. I want to focus on what the typical agent isn't willing to do and do it. I want to have an answer for every question any of my clients, propect clients, friends, and family present to me. Thanks soo much for your content. Game changer! Too bad I can't shadow you it would be epic!
I am an aspiring real estate agent with my only skills in the field being communicating and having conversation with other people (and loving it!!). I am incredibly excited about starting this career. I am always studying, listening to podcasts, working my day job at Starbucks to earn money to afford my license, training, bills etc. I am only 20 years old, and I an aiming to make MINIMUM $70,000(+) my first year. I'm ready to crush it. Thank you for inspiring me and being a great teacher!!
I am in the Downtown Chicago area and I am in the middle of finishing the broker course and will be looking for a sponsor or a mentor to shadow and learn from.
Hello thinking of going into real estate and would love to shadow someone and see what is day like for a real estate agent etc. and have a few questions
I’m 22 I work in IT but I’m thinking about Real Estate as a complete change of scenery I think I’d enjoy the rush I’d get with every property I’d close. I’ve always wanted to get into flipping houses as well and I feel like getting to know this part of the cycle would be beneficial in the long run!
i just moved to new albany indiana and i dont know anyone to shadow and no one wants to be shadowed with a pandemic going on! if anyone can help shoot me a message!
I’m in the El Paso, TX area and looking to venture into real estate. I’m about to retire from the Army in a few months and relocating to Chicago. If there is anyone who wouldn’t mind me shadowing them please reach out.

Currently working on my PreLicense Education, Nearly 75% complete and have a Broker to hang my license with! How do you suggest a soon to be licensed Agent to prepare and market themselves beforehand? This is a career change for me for a number of reasons, and ready to land running!
I just assumed that mist agents wouldnt want to share their insight on being successful in real estate or let people shadow because that's what i see in other fields and some people I know. But I'm happy to know now that there are people happy to help. I would love to shadow someone and learn more. I've been trying to learn so much this past month. Nothing but videos and online seminars and studying. I haven't even started my classes yet because I want to make sure this is something I want to do and because I've been saving. Shout out to any agents in Vegas willing to let me shadow you!!!
Hello all, I am currently getting to start my classes for real estate. I am inPhoenix, Az, if there is anyone willing to let me shadow you and to be my mentor, I am greatly appreciative in advance, thanks!
I’m Omar and I’m 17 I’m very interested in real estate in Los angels and I really want to do this as much career and I need help. What is the first step I should take? And where can I get my license? How do I get my license? Where do I start I’m lost?
I already know my brokerage. Taking the Texas exam on the 31st. Took it once in 2016 and twice in 2017. Confident I'll pass this time. My wife has been a realtor for 8 yrs and I'll be the buyers agent now.
Im just starting online course. Unfortunately im gonna have to start my career as a agent part-time. I need to keep my full time job until I get established. Any advice?
About to embark in a career change and this video made me subscribe right away. I wanted to learn as much as I could about this very topic and now I'm more confident with the knowledge I'll gain before even taking my Real Estate course. I am out here in beautiful Orlando. This real estate community is what I was looking for in a second career.
Bryan, I have been listening to your UA-cam talks on my car rides and I'm really pumped up! I am registered for real estate school September to November. What can I do before I start my classes besides listen to videos like yours and read? Some of the things talked about don't quite make sense to me or I don't know what they mean because I have not been through school yet. I'm 35 and work as a PT bank teller and PT esthetician.. I need to change the financial trajectory of my life... it's time...
Hey, I’m in Atlanta. I will be starting classes this week. I have been selling cars for 10 years and very excited for this venture! I would love if someone reach out to me to shadow them. Good luck to everyone!
Almost though my license. Thank you immensely for these three tips to becoming prepared! You’ll be, among whoever else I come across, who I’ll follow and trust to prepare me for my career in real estate! Thank you Bryan
I am just finding your videos and they are giving me hope that I can turn my life around. Right now I'm unemployed, living at home and just feeling hopeless. I have thought about getting into real estate as a way I can work for myself and help people a long the way. I want to do something that matters and this seems like this might be a career that could help me do just that. Thanks. : )

Hey all, I'm currently an aspiring real estate agent in New York, does anyone have anymore tips or suggestions they'd like to share for a new, young upcoming agent?
I've just started studying for my license in CA (Los Angeles area), and I'm so grateful for your videos! I've just begun connecting with people in the industry, to build my "sphere of influence", and would love to shadow someone. I'm so excited about this new venture, because I know I'm gonna give it my everything. I'm assuming for 6-figures for my first year, with my first deal made in my first 90 days. I hope that's not too lofty of a goal. LOL
ok Bryan I see you!!! Inspiring vid. Thank you for sharing
