I worked for a record distro back in the 80s which imported tons of metal. Ive still got a bunch of boxes full of early thrash 80s black metal and crossover punk albums that are gathering dust. I didn't realise how in demand a lot of it is. Next year I'll start moving it on to anyone interested in paying shipping from Australia.
The Carnosus vocalist really is something else! He reminds of the way Matt Chalk sounded on Psycroptic's legendary 'The Scepter of the Ancients' album. 👌 The color scheme on that Cadiac Arrest cover art is so similar to the color scheme on the cover art of the new Crypt Crawler album, that I initially though, it was the latter album, you were showing off.. 😆 The Living Gate album was surprisingly good, whereas neither the Full of Hell or the Black Curse albums quite clicked with me, alas.. 🤷
I really like that Carnosus release too. I was on their bandcamp listening party a few weeks ago and they mentioned the songs on that album are songs that were written along with their 2023 release Visions of Infinihility. They either didn't make the cut or didn't fit with 2023 release sound. I like it more though. Great video. Just subscribed.
I know you didn't start over from zero but has it been difficult rebuilding with all the new shit that drops all of the time? Wanting to start my rebuild but the thought is pretty fkn overwhelming with the amount of shit I had too.
@@MetalRush666 I’ve been neglecting getting the older stuff for this reason. I’ve picked up a few things I wanted back like Suffocation and those legacy bands. For the most part it’s been mostly new releases. As much as I want to stay listening to what I’ve known for a long time I’m too hooked on keeping up with new releases.

I was super disappointed with the new Full of Hell, I don't think I'll ever like it. But I do kind of expect them to do weird stuff and experiment.
