My neighbor said she was brushing her kid's hair, and accidentally ripped a wad of her hair out when she heard $400,000. My other neighbor saw this video, was making an ice sculpture, and accidentally decapitated the ice maiden's head at that point. I'm glad I was only welding when I heard that part...
The point of a tiny house(to me) is an affordable housing alternative, but for $400k I could be something HUGE for less. I honestly do not see the point of paying anything over $100k for a tiny house. Anything above $100k and I'll go with a double wide for sure. Now that Boxabl has the option to add more modules to accommodate for a growing family, I think they have the right recipe for success.

One of the things I'm always curious about when it comes to these prefabs is, "Are they hurricane or earthquake rated?" Not only for whether the materials can stand up to it, but whether or not they can be solidly put into the ground to not get blown over. Some of these prefab companies need to set up shop in almost middle of nowhere places so their overhead can be lower and they don't have to charge the same as a 2000 sqft luxury site built home for something 800 sqft.

Excellent presentations and summaries of some of the various prefab homes available! I suspect the 180mph max speed is part of the "zombie protection" to allow the homeowner to flee from deranged hordes of attacking zombies - prefab house in tow.
Love your channel keep it coming Ellen, but I still don't understand the prefab thing unless you have a remote/private piece of land somewhere, I guess? The houses seem more expensive than a traditional, or at least what you get for your money when you compare a traditional on the open market at a similar price point, esp. considering the land is also included. A few seem to offer some interesting architecture, but most of them are boxes rolled in glitter with big price tags. I thought the main selling point of off-site constructions was cost savings, what am I missing?
I want to know if these homes have good ventilation and are they "breathable" - as in after it rains, can the materials dry out without building up mold on the inside? Insulation is important too (to stay warm in winter/cool in summer), so it's a balancing act.
recuperation unit... that is the solution for these type of construction (not sure if these have it - it seems that they have AC unit which can be utilized for that) - but for this price range - I would probably just get my hands dirty and convert shipping container into something
Steam ovens are the best! Once you've used one you won't want anything else. Anything cooked in a steam oven finishes very moist, not dry or over cooked; meat, veggies, and yes, pizza!
Anything under 65K is interesting to me, i know most of them are very small but im not looking for the price per square feet, im looking at the total cost!
This idea has been around for a while now and several companies are already making similar prefabs so I don't understand the huge prices. When you factor in the cost of land and legal requirements etc. these are insanely expensive.
Lost our house and city in a fire eight months ago. Trying to rebuild but to rebuild our $500,000 home will cost 2 million dollars. Videos like yours are helpful. Thank you.
These seem pretty nice. Perfect if you are single, or have no kids. The pricing however seems a little off. We built our house in 2002 which is 4 bedroom/2 1/2 bath for $201. I love the idea of the window walls, and the idea of getting back tor nature, I just wish they would drop it down to be a little more affordable.
Ain’t you got single-wide racin’ where you live? Down here we do it all the time. I once got my single-wide up to 112 mph. Went faster after it started fallin’ apart but that don’t count.
I would like to know how hard it is to move these around once installed. Never having to buy a house again but being able to move would be a plus, I think.
Normally, I'd be one to rip into these for the prices as well, but I can sort of see the value here. However, the price is still too high. If the price was cut about 25% across all the models, then you can sort of make arguments for them. When purchasing land and building a home in somewhat remote places; being in range of power can be problematic. However, the built in solar with up to 64kwh storage is a great solution assuming it's as advertised. This on top of not needing a foundation(where applicable) could save you a sizeable amount of money.
Oh I absolutely need to trade back please. I traded my Cutlass with T-top roof for a 64 1/2 first run Mustang... Cutlass to match my home… New housing and car goals!
Love the micro-haus design and self-powered concept for an isolated location with a view, as opposed to a trailer. Any avant-garde prefab manufacturer/distributor in the North-East ? Across the continent is a long tow even at 180 mph.
It would be so nice if you started prioritizing prefab houses with solar panels! Or otherwise rated houses with a scale that includes whether or not they can be installed off the grid. Thank you!
I love the designs, but... Fish bowl? I live in a 20ft shipping container home, very high tech inside with the doors open with floor/ceiling and sliding glass door, making it 24' Its like a spaceship inside and NO WINDOWS, just the way I wanted it. I have camera and displays that show outside. I think these companies need to install LED windows, so you can flip a switch and have them black out for privacy.
The analogy Gods have taken me here and I love it! I have a flat 1/3 acre property in No Cal in the mountains that's got all the utilities and spetic because the house on it burnt down in 2012. I am looking at the mid-$200K for a two bedroom. I kind of like the idea of two one bedrooms together. I cannot wait to see more!
Suggestion, Kerry: Routinely mention, up front, where each of these manufacturers are located when intro'ing them. Mentioning 'Seattle WA' at the end of the video is a lot less helpful, especially to someone in Tennessee or Florida. And BTW...for locations with massive sunlight (AZ, FL and such), do these designs microwave those inside?
@@LD-lddh there ARE window shades that block all light and no one can a thing on the inside from the outside BUT you can see OUT from the inside. One of my friends has them on all her living and dining room windows that gets sun all day...and it's also cool in her house in summer...because of those shades.
@@marianl3447 I really don't think any blinds or shades it going to work on it unless its customs, which means more expenses. I live in TX the sun is no problem down here, we want less sun. For a small house where privacy is hard to get, to have completely no privacy is completely brave and uncomfortable.
In the Seattle and Snohomish county there is a builder that puts small cabins build on site (200 sq ft on site only frame all windows doors roof) for $20,000.
Remind me to never get in a car with you if you are driving (180 mph indeed). Now, the options… interesting, lots of windows, not a stove to be found, and your pizza will get soggy in a steam oven. I think it would be advantageous to go visit and film the various options to ascertain if they are worth the investment. Thanks again.
for the 800 sq home you will spend $663K before tax/permits($34K),land, off grid water/sewage, & hurricane/earthquake resistance. That will include warranty, blinds, and solar.
I'm convinced that this is the way we will save the housing market. Smart tiny homes are the future, not just for young singles and couples, but also for students and the elderly. I'll soon be investing in such projects locally. After all, true luxury isn't about how spacious you can make something, it's about seamlessly doing more with less space.
Yeah idk cuz I'm trying to buy a home right now (just got my land for it) and id love a tiny home or a prefab but they all come in at huge premiums compared to a traditional mobile home. Most people who want tiny homes on wheels started moving towards rvs instead to avoid the premium price. If the prices were reasonable id definitely agree with you. Oh also I might just do a yurt instead. Check them out if u haven't seen them before it's super cheap and efficient lol.
@@Yajawbroni There are affordable smart tiny homes that go for anywhere between $50k and $90k. Take Roombus for example, and they are equally configurable.
@@Yajawbroni check out the Incred-I-Box and all the other designs from Incredible Tiny Homes in Tennessee. Most cost effective tiny homes I've seen anywhere, and people I'd be happy to do business with.
Great house features but anyone who can afford a $420,000 price tag would probably buy a full on house with 4-5 bedrooms, finished basement, home office, big wide open kitchen, nice backyard and more.
When you consider that max towing speed of 180mph, I believe this speaks to what these homes might be able to withstand in the way of strong winds. If I didn’t already own a home I’d be living in one of these prefab homes - they make SO much sense!
I think this a great review. However, when reading some of the comments I think some people may have missed some of the details. The roof is covered with integrated solar panels. I'm probably the only person leaving a comment that has actually been in one of the houses. Specifically the one in Seattle. It has been there off the grid for a couple of years now. The cost is so high because it's quality. The construction materials are truly space age. It is not like a cheesy double wide. Everything is custom and superlative. I would suggest that a deeper dive on the construction and options will help explain the cost. Keep in mind, I have a family member who has a new single wide that ended up well over 100k in the end and the quality is not there. Lastly, if you are in the Seattle area, go see it. I bet you will change your mind.
Hello, Terry after reviewing the other comments with regards to the quality, design, options and standard features of these homes, their main problem is the prices of their largest model, however you did state clearly that they are a high end prefabricated home builder. People pause a minute and think “ Prefabricated homes are for the affordable market Only “ Wrong, they cover the entire market of homes from $50k to $800k! In this case your audience got confused because the smallest unit was quoted at $60k then you jumped rather quickly to $400k😂 maybe you should have stated “Pricing for this manufacturer can vary greatly between affordability to silly rather quickly when we get to their larger unit”, that way your followers will be mentally prepared for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 800 sqft prefabricated home priced at $412,000?😂
Just FYI, the model 1 is real and open to test drive walk through west of Seattle. I have done the tour. It is truly an outstanding home. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
It's interesting that they're Seattle-based; ironically I don't think the Microhaus would be legal here, because it's not a permanently-affixed building. Seattle's ADU regulations require that it not be a transportable building.
That's the real kicker with almost all of the houses like these. Even of they are cheaper...most laws say you cant put them anywhere unless you can afford some unrestricted land.
👋. 🤨 architecture is heating up. I’m loving the creative ideas, maybe that’s why I haven’t bought a house yet. Never cared for squares and unimaginative places
Love the direction that so many pre-fab companies are going with their designs... just wish that they were not so expensive. In the case of the Micro design, I would almost be worried about someone stealing my house!
what about security system...? i don't think it's THAT easy to drive away with it ..it takes time to set that up...and didn't Kerry say that they are self sufficient ,even with security system??? i maybe didn't hear it right , so not sure...but probably you could get one then . People live in trailers and fifth wheels even which is way easier to steel than even the smallest of these...and those in trailers have not had them stolen so i don't think it's that likely ...tho you have a point worth considering what to do to be sure of that. i once lived in a trailer for a year and never even locked the door but there were also other folks on the property and a big home there too, which meant that no one ever could have done that and not been spotted and stopped. This kind of home might be more for those who might be sharing property vs alone on land...but that's all conjecture on my part only to throw some options out there not to deny the validity of your concern.
@@marianl3447 Sure. I think that there would be much less demand for home-trailers, though. haha. No offense. Hauling trailers, on the other hand, even bigger, roll-off container types, are often stolen, depending on the area. I think that it just depends on the demand. Realistically, a house as unique as this one would likely not get stolen. But, if they become widely used, then maybe.
Wow I’m very impressed even with the pricing it seems to me that’s in line with stick built Homes in my area now and to be totally self sustainable you need to figure that into or maybe out of that cost as well I’d love to have one of these and will definitely be investigating into these today. Thanks Kerry I love it ❤️
i wholly agree. ..and i would love one and don't have the way to pay for it BUT i would get it if i did...compared to yearly utility costs and other things in these ...and compared to what the stick built homes in terrible shape in the same area are priced NOW....and in this area rents in some old apts have almost doubled in a year...(NOW THAT'S DISGUSTING)..People are paying more than that in rent for half the size or less....and homes for sale and rentals are going up all the time in price...To have one that is new and self sufficient for that price for 400 or for 800 sq feet is not something to get upset over even though i would love for them to cost less too so i could get one.
You lost me when you said smart home. Reason why: I lived in a smart home and it was horrible. Never enough heat, A/C, or water pressure. Smart homes means you get bare minimum utilities. You will freeze in the winter and burn in the summer. Just so you know.
As a realist I have a hard time believing in these. Too small, what about sewer or water hookups? I say take your 50 grand and put it towards a bigger house. Also how safe are these? Strong winds, floods? You still have to own land.
Yes, this company might want to bill themselves as a "Luxury" prefab home, but those prices are not even in competition with models in the same market. The smaller unit would typically go for 40-45k, and this is judging by other videos of models you have reviewed.
For everyone complaining about the 417k+ price while its still not affordable it is average in price when you consider the cost of solar vs powerbill. Assuming you are using around 500 kwh a month or 6000 kwh a year which is common for 800 sq ft im assuming the solar system is at least a 4kw off grid system producing around 6000kw per year A 4kw system on grid costs around $15k before tax credit and $11,100 post tax credit. The average off grid system is around 3 times that of a grid tied one with the battery so I would assume around 35k for the total system value which will save money on power in most places. So essentially the real cost if comparing to a non off grid solar house is around $380k which for luxury tech for a 800 sq ft house is expensive but average price for luxury houses. Alot of luxury houses are built for around $400 per square foot which is what this house around. The problem however is resale value for manufactured homes. Is someone going to actually buy a 2 bed 800 sq foot smart home that needs a new battery after 10 years and is it going to be more then what it was purchased for? I personally agree that the price is too high currently but I also typically buy things that are middle to upper middle tier in quality and price. I think its less for investors and more for people that want an eco friendly high tech getaway for an apocalypse. This is not being marketed towards first time home buyers but rather upper class people that want a vacation property or retreat property.
You had some good point, but I my home is over 3,000 sq + solar powered, and I have land in a large city. The price of my home is nowhere close to that price. Sometimes the problem with warranty's is that you cant work on it yourself or it voids it or they only cover certain things. Starting price means we would probably pay way more. Probably would have to pay taxes on it. Would definitely need to by land get approval to that there.
Where do tents as main dwellings fit on the luxury scale (there are several tent towns in my neighborhood)? Or corrugated tin boxes? There are a few of those around too. Or how about cardboard boxes? Watching this video is surreal. It doesn't matter that these things exist (these homes); They might as well be on some distant planet.
One of the greenest things in any house is insulation. Keep in mind these thin, glass houses are going to have exorbitant heating/cooling costs. They are attractive and would make for a fun air bnb.
wow ..thank you ..that's my area too (NW). I love the 2 bedroom to use one of the bedrooms for office and guest room. Good point about the pizza.in that kind of oven, lol. Maybe the safe speed limit was computed by someone with really far vision....as who knows ..if these homes last for decades or even one decade what we might have by then for vehicles and how fast they might actually go. lol I would get that one or two bedroom, if i had the funds to do that and i think it's well worth the cost for a brand new and totally self sufficient home . Utilities on most homes is not only costly but will be rising and what is it worth if the utilities companies fail for some reason like a storm or quake, and all the while, if you are in this home, your home's heat, cooling , cooking and refrigerator and other energy for electricity is still functioning (what's that worth? besides cost of alternative energy and self sufficiency which is quite costly too to set up. And then how much more is it worth having your home hold up in high winds, quakes, and storms?. I can't say for sure w/o seeing it in person and getting more of a feel for it from the inside (and what materials it's made out of it) , but if all that checked out for me i would not find issue with the price .If i won lottery or had increase in income i would not hesitate on these . The way rents are soaring (some doubled where seniors were housed) and costs of homes too...i could do way better with one of these than to continue renting and paying utilities or heat and electric .
City councils should buy these types of tiny homes for the homeless. Giving the homeless dignified and beautiful homes in tiny tiny-home neighborhoods (not sprawling ghettos) that are integrated into downtown areas would save so many lives and contribute to local economies in so many ways. Municipalities could join arms to bring the prices down.
What about the sewage system? It's either your property's not off grid or you have to add the price of digging and installing a sustainable sewage just for the house (with the added expenses of emptying it every x months/years) 🤔

Sorry, but checking the current pricing for any of the housing units, add 20% to what the video stated. So the lowest prices for any of the units will be 90k plus, 260k plus, and half a million plus. With the price of interest on a loan along with land, I think more than half the interested buyers can easily say this option is not on their radar for purchase. For the price of the 800 square foot home, there's tons of housing in 80% of the American housing market that will give you more than 3,000 square feet in the same price range.
What are the pricing ? Transportation and set up cost. What are the requirements for the house to become functional!? Plumbing and heating and waste discharged?
Yup. Do you need/want a foundation? Where are you planning to live? That’s where you have to do all the planning and set up stuff, which will be an extra cost, which people often overlook. With a stick built home, all of that’s already taken care of for you by the builder. Its not like you can order this online and just move in.

You don't have to use the steam function on a steam oven. Mostly, it is used for bread, and the steam isn't constant. It creates a crispy crust. So, my guess is that your frozen pizza would come out pretty well,.
They're nuts. That much money for what they provide is INSANE. I'd never ever ever ever ever buy one of these. I'll build my own. Thank you very much. I enjoyed the video though.
And then you add that probably 80% of counties in the USA will not allow this. $400,000 for 800 square feet has to break some type of record, I mean you are getting close to NYC condo prices with that $/squarefoot ratio.
Thank you Kerry for your thorough and concise reviews. Please advise me how you can receive credit IF I by one (affiliate link, honorable mention, etc...)
I bet this modern mobile home is really warm in a Minnesota winter on the plains. All these prefabs that are almost 50% glass also means you will have to buy expensive shades and curtains.
The one thing a lot of these homes never have.... a bath tub. My back gets jacked, and an easily be relieved with a soak in a tub. But vary few of these have that.
Not trying to nitpick here Kerry but I think these Prefabs lack shading and shelter from rain/snow over openings. With so much fixed glazing they will either gain or lose heat dramatically. This is going to make the living environment difficult. Maybe the designers have additional features to address this or maybe it's up to the owners to setup some sort of ad hoc approach to deep sun penetration and or heat loss.
They need an M2 option with a bedroom and bigger bath on one side and an open-concept bigger kitchen and living area with a small dining area on the other side.
I Love this tech savvy house. The overhead windows are spectacular! But 800 sq ft for over $400k is nauseating.

@@scratchy996 Guess they're easy to spot when they wear stereotypical gypsy clothing (and of course the single large earing).
but only a mindless zombie, with found money would buy this.
Breathable? For 400K they better be able to perform CPR.

Steam ovens are the best! Once you've used one you won't want anything else. Anything cooked in a steam oven finishes very moist, not dry or over cooked; meat, veggies, and yes, pizza!
You had me hooked at "Zombie Protection" as we are infested with them. I'm definitely interested. Thanks again.
Haha I got a kick out of that. Thanks for watching
Great video, hot designs that we've never seen before! You rock! Thx Kerry!
You can a larger home on site for that 417k price.
With over $400,000 I can build a 7 bedroom each with their own bathroom and much more... good video, though, thanks for the information.
@John Mao yes, Got the land... here is the plan... done. ua-cam.com/video/jUyTblOu2U4/v-deo.html
If that's what floats your boat, or is what you NEED, all good. For me, more square footage = more time wasted and more headaches.
Lost our house and city in a fire eight months ago. Trying to rebuild but to rebuild our $500,000 home will cost
2 million dollars.
You meant $201,000?
@@davidnguyen3275 yes $201,000
Lost track of how many of your videos I've stumbled upon, time to subscribe...

Ain’t you got single-wide racin’ where you live? Down here we do it all the time. I once got my single-wide up to 112 mph. Went faster after it started fallin’ apart but that don’t count.
Circa $1k per sq’ for the off-grid 400 sq’ model…That seems a bit anti-sustainability 😂
I'm triggered by the price too lol.
Thanks, Kerry. Great job finding diamonds in the rough. Pretty spendy, but very cool. I live in Seattle, so will have check them out further!

Thanks for always putting the price-great channel!
or simply you can just...visit the link? you could also save time by doing that instead of watching the video
Hi Kerry , love your channel mate . Is there any chance you could review some of the Australian prefabs as it’s gaining traction over here .
1/2 a million dollars for a smart box. These should sell for $100k with everything included.
Even less imo.
Most seem to be on the west coast but I'll see what I can find.
They deliver all across the USA AFAIK
It would be so nice if you started prioritizing prefab houses with solar panels! Or otherwise rated houses with a scale that includes whether or not they can be installed off the grid. Thank you!
I love the designs, but... Fish bowl? I live in a 20ft shipping container home, very high tech inside with the doors open with floor/ceiling and sliding glass door, making it 24' Its like a spaceship inside and NO WINDOWS, just the way I wanted it. I have camera and displays that show outside. I think these companies need to install LED windows, so you can flip a switch and have them black out for privacy.
The m1 and me have the les window options to black out (blur)
OMG I live in AZ and had the same thought. Also what about any privacy? I love windows but.....
Thanks again.
haha that's exactly what I was worried about with my pizza! thanks for watching John!

for the 800 sq home you will spend $663K before tax/permits($34K),land, off grid water/sewage, & hurricane/earthquake resistance.
At that price 😕 😑 😒
@@matthewkirkland6497 I said tiny homes, not this tiny prefab home in particular.

That's OK, you can sell your current home and buy one of these. "They" will let you.
Steam ovens are used on cruise ships and are AWESOME! If I could afford one, I would get one...
Thank you! Totally new to me.
Thank you! That sounds cool
You'll be surprised, but it's enough to just bolt your trailer down to the ground to legally permanently affix it. So it's probably okay in WA
@@Ant0nSunrise Huh, interesting. I didn't realize the loophole was that simple here.
I never thought of that... That's a good point
what about security system...? i don't think it's THAT easy to drive away with it ..it takes time to set that up...and didn't Kerry say that they are self sufficient ,even with security system??? i maybe didn't hear it right , so not sure...but probably you could get one then .
Hi Kerry, what do you think of Palm Harber?I have been seeing some negative reviews, but love the designs.
thanks Linda
Wow I’m very impressed even with the pricing it seems to me that’s in line with stick built Homes in my area now and to be totally self sustainable you need to figure that into or maybe out of that cost as well I’d love to have one of these and will definitely be investigating into these today. Thanks Kerry I love it ❤️
Glad you enjoyed the vid!
i wholly agree. ..and i would love one and don't have the way to pay for it BUT i would get it if i did...compared to yearly utility costs and other things in these ...and compared to what the stick built homes in terrible shape in the same area are priced NOW....and in this area rents in some old apts have almost doubled in a year...(NOW THAT'S DISGUSTING)..People are paying more than that in rent for half the size or less....and homes for sale and rentals are going up all the time in price...To have one that is new and self sufficient for that price for 400 or for 800 sq feet is not something to get upset over even though i would love for them to cost less too so i could get one.
I would love the 2 bedroom home, but 400,00+ would get me a large home in my area of rural Arkansas.
BOXABLE is only $50,000 and included all appliances
Nice video, nice pre fab homes but very expensive
thanks for watching!
For everyone complaining about the 417k+ price while its still not affordable it is average in price when you consider the cost of solar vs powerbill.
Assuming you are using around 500 kwh a month or 6000 kwh a year which is common for 800 sq ft im assuming the solar system is at least a 4kw off grid system producing around 6000kw per year
A 4kw system on grid costs around $15k before tax credit and $11,100 post tax credit.
For everyone complaing about the high price... you're right.
800 ft2 $400,000. We are crazy?
Where do tents as main dwellings fit on the luxury scale (there are several tent towns in my neighborhood)? Or corrugated tin boxes? There are a few of those around too. Or how about cardboard boxes? Watching this video is surreal. It doesn't matter that these things exist (these homes); They might as well be on some distant planet.
Zombie Protection. Pure marketing gold!
right!?
Steam ovens are the bakers choice for breads and pastry,. As for pizza or anything else, rock on mate you will love it
At 200+ k it is a joke
Fireproof and permitted with the planning would be game changers.
Maybe the safe speed limit was computed by someone with really far vision....as who knows ..if these homes last for decades or even one decade what we might have by then for vehicles and how fast they might actually go. lol
I would get that one or two bedroom, if i had the funds to do that and i think it's well worth the cost for a brand new and totally self sufficient home .
It's either your property's not off grid or you have to add the price of digging and installing a sustainable sewage just for the house (with the added expenses of emptying it every x months/years) 🤔
Are they fully insulated? Will they ship to Australia in the near future? Cost hmmmm. Thank you for sharing. Looks great. 💛💛
I like the M1, seems to have at least a bit of free floor space. Great idea how they incorporate the solar panels into the roof.

I noticed this very cool design a few years ago, and tried to reach out to the company. They don't answer the phone, they did not respond to three messages and two emails. The Address given shows little sign of their presence. Suggest exercising great caution and a full understanding of how they would back up the product locally before I wouid plunk down $400,000++ !
Interesting. I feel these are going to go the way of Carvana. When you order cars or homes online and they aren't up to your standards and return them the company soon goes belly up. I can see this happening as these are way overpriced.
@@jamesjeffers7270 I called them today, Saturday on Columbus Day Weekend. Answered the phone after two rings. They are updating website, models and prices and should be all done by mid November. Looks good just depends on wether the builder licenced or not is upto the task ,as much of what we accept as builders now is questionable de registrations are running high.
These houses are super cool but its clear that "luxury market" means wasting a lot of money just because you can.
I spent a whole month in a prehab house with two bedrooms, it looked like normal house exept on thing.. it was gnashing even with a little wind. It was scary.
How do solar panels fare with hail? Do I have to replace them or if they get hit or are they designed to survive multiple potential hail storms?
i'll head to the site for an answer...but septic? Am I going to be Randy Quaid-ing this thing when the shitter's full or can i connect it to a system?

You don't have to use the steam function on a steam oven. Mostly, it is used for bread, and the steam isn't constant. It creates a crispy crust. So, my guess is that your frozen pizza would come out pretty well,.
Certainly great options for younger people. There aren't any 60-80k housing options if you go the traditional route...
I love love love your presentation my friend!!!!!
They're nuts. That much money for what they provide is INSANE. I'd never ever ever ever ever buy one of these. I'll build my own. Thank you very much. I enjoyed the video though.
Love all of them but, I like taking baths over showers due to chronic pain.
BOXABL just called. All I could hear was someone laughing 😂
It would be great if you could make the glass opaque for privacy.
Price is outrageous even for the luxury market.
