Kise is calling Aomine Aominecchi because he adds "cchi" to the end of the names of people he respects, like Kagamicchi and Kurokocchi. It's just a fun nickname pretty much.
It was mentioned so many times yet he forgets
The debate over *who* is the best of the miracles is a contentious one at best, and it’s one that is never gonna end.
Best to come to your own conclusions once you’ve finished the series IMO.
Yes we will find his answer in two years when he'll end the series lol.
I don't think it's a question. as a player aomine is clearly the best.
it's just that spoiler has an insanely broken power
I mean, they literally explain in the show that Kise would be the best if he wasn't such a chill dude. And in the movie they explicitly state that Kise is the strongest player on the court when he's in the zone and perfect copy. It's only contentious if people fail to pay attention. My favourite player is Midoriya. But Kise wipes the floor with everyone hands down. No debate.
Murasakibara-Built for basketball
Aomine-the most skilled
Midoriya-3pt clutcher
Kuroko-God passes
Akashi-Ankle breaker/team zone(?)
Kise-All of the above
@@orchid4109 post series you would be correct. but during the series is the part that really matters.
About the -cchi ending. Kise adds that suffix to people that he respects. So he calls the miracles "Midorima-cchi" and "Aomine-cchi", as well as others like "Kagami-cchi" and "Momoi-cchi"
Also quick note: you caught it at the beginning but Aomine's team's name is Touou (toh-oh) Gakuen. Gakuen means Academy
when you critique KNB animation, it really puts perspective into how blessed we are to have them put so much into Haikyuu even with S4 rough spots.
The majority of KnB is terrible. It has Nartuto syndrome. One episode looks amazing and the next 10 look like family guy
Love the videos coach! And pausing the anime so you can get your thoughts out is definitely a lot better for the reactions🔥 keep it up!!
Appreciate that 😊
@@ElevateYourPowerLevel9000 Reactors are always scared of pausing and rewinding, but i actually like when reactors pay attention to small details and "freak out" over cool scenes
When kuroko says he will do anything to beat aomine, yes, it's about proving his team basketball to the generation of miracles, but it's also about aomine, since they used to be friends and aomine lost his "spark" with basketball because he wins all the time, kuroko wants to make aomine realize that people are out there that are better than him, and he wants aomine to enjoy basketball again.
That’s what makes this show unique to me. It puts an interesting take on what always winning can do to a person or team. Or even asks the question of what happens after you’ve become the best and you don’t have anyone else to beat.
in general... aomine has the best animations when playing.
mostly cause almost everything he does kinda requires it
Aomine is the best individual miracle when it comes down to pure ability. But this being an anime and him showing up half way through they gotta retroactively make the later miracles stronger in other ways so that it still feels like an uphill battle for Seirin. Part of the emphasis they're playing at with aomine is how much of a lone wolf he is. He's this capable pretty much all on his own. Midorima we've seen is a hell of a scorer but does require good teammates like Takao and Kise is still the "newest" of all the miracles so he isn't at aomines level. The future miracles we'll meet will demonstrate what their power is when you meet them. And I can't wait.
Haha. No. You know who is the best player. The one whose passes literally made GoM.
Aomine is crazy. He is super fun to watch. Now, about who is the best miracle, it's weird. In the anime they explicitly say that Aomine is the best a few times, but they also show some of the other miraclesbeing better than him. Also, I'm pretty sure there's at least one miracle who is also explicitly mentioned in the anime as the best, so it's even weirder
I think that the Miracles themselves were so arrogant, confident that they saw reality in their own way, distorted. Aomine saying no one cant beat him, when there is clearly a lot of american players who can beat him even 1v1. Akash, same. The things is, they where just living in their small world in Japan competitions, and arrogance made them blind. Well, see them being defeated and their illusions is shattered, one by one.
@@mouldytea3732 not really. Kise and Midorima who are defeated fit what Im saying. About american players, Imayoshi mentions Shaquille o Neal.
I think the Idea is he is the ace or 'best' of the miracles because he was always the best when it came to scoring. They call him the ace multiple times but I feel like when it says best something gets lost in translation. IMO throughout most of the series Aomine was 2nd out of the 5 but by the end he probably ends up at 3rd because of a certain persons growth and jump in the ranks without giving away any real spoilers.
@@manopars4 you realize by bring up Shaq your comparing a freshman in highschool to a pro player? The movie brings up the whole idea of them only being the best in Japan when they have to face that American team.
@@spudnick2010 IMO Aomine is like 4th or even 5th because of that "T-rex guy". The top 1 is definitely the goetic demon guy who leads the "trex guy" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
aomine is essentially Michael Jordan mixed with Jamal Crawford, his match up with kagami is definitely the coolest of the series in my opinion.
That’s a great comparison
Aomine has been compared to Kobe Bryant by many tho like coach has said in this episode
Also fun fact: Aomine's favorite NBA Player is Allen Iverson
THAT IS SO FUNNY. i am a huge fan of Blue Lock because everything about the story to the animation was peak. the fact is you are right about the arm stretching pose bc the main character, Isagi Yoichi, does that so much on the field when he is playing
Quick note: most of the players in Kuroko no Basket are not as tall as players in the US so here’s a list of important players heights.
Papa Mbaye(Dad)- 6’7
Shintarō Midorima- 6’5
Daiki Aomine- 6’4
Taiga Kagami- 6’3
Ryōta Kise- 6’2
Rinnosuke Mitobe(the guy that never talks and uses hook shots)-6’1.5
Tetsuya Kuroko- 5’5
To be fair they’re mostly 15-16, so it’s still impressive
Im amazed how your eyes can pick out proportions so well. I think without proper learning we can easily glean over these details.
Aomine is the Best generation of miracles.
Hahaha, what a funny joke....... He couldnt beat barely-zone Kagami while Akashi was running cicles around deep zone Kagami. Have you seen how fast he caught up in that scene, guy teleported, he crossed half the court and jumped in front of kagami in a time span it took Kagami to jump.
@@abhabh6896 stop being delusional, Kagami and Kuroko were exhausted at the end of the game against Aomine
It’s not because Akashi is the last player introduced that he is the best, only a child would have thought that
The difference between Aomine and Akashi is that Aomine carried his teams (GM and Toho) till the end, in the other hand Akashi was carried by his teammates, GM and the dudes from Rakuzan gave a career to this fraud
Thank you this reaction episode came on my birthday online 😁
Happy birthday!
Just some extra insight the generation of miracles players all have a style/counterpart from nba players’s play style. Aomine in particular is AI cause of the street ball style with the crossover. Kagami is blake griffin with the hops and slams. Midorima is kinda like larry bird cause he is the second tallest of the GoM and is a 3nD player. Kise is Kobe Bryant’s playstyle jus the all around 2way 3 level scorer. and Kuroko is jason williams. The other 2 u can probably guess for fun when you get introduced to them. Really enjoy the reactions
I'd absolutely love it if you reacted to blue lock at some point coach. It's unique in that it's less about teamwork or friendship, and more about using your own ego and rivalries with others to grow personally as a player. It's possibly the silliest of the three but it also arguably has some of the hypest moments 🫡
First Kise always adds cchi to the people who he respects i.e. Kurokocchi (Kuroko), Aominecchi (Aomine) or Midorimacchi (Midorima). Kuroko explains this after he calls Kagami, Kagamicchi after they win the practice game. Second would recommend watching the OVA's about Aomine and the generation of miracles " Baka ja Katenai no yo! " will give you better insight to the whole GOM but expesially about Aomine and Kurokos relationship.
Aomine got the smoothest animation so far
15:52 this is so funny the stretch comeback from haikyu lmao
It's pretty subjective on who's the best player out of all the Generation of Miracles. I've noticed that people's favorite characters are Aomine and the last Miracle to show up. I like Aomine the best out of every character because I think he's the most interesting out of all the Miracles when it comes to his attitude towards basketball.
The gen of miracles best is one of the few not revealed yet he is in the team that is supposedly the favorite to win the tournament
Coach i love how you like Wakamatsu's charactere... I feel so bad for Too's team.
The thing that cheers me up the most when i have a bad day is the Lunch Time Crunch Time on this channel
Glad you enjoy the snack time!
About Aomine being the strongest miracle
He is technically the strongest individual talent because every other member admits this. The problem was the Aomine that plays Seirin is a weakened version since he does not train because he purposefully did not want to improve and widen the gap between him and others. Others trained and evolved, getting better. It's why the creator made it a point to consistently mention that nobody can beat him 1v1 due to his incredible speed and agility to react.
Also, the best individual talent might be Aomine, but the best PLAYER isn't Aomine because of how individualistic he is and at least one other character having a higher basketball IQ.
Not showing up for practice and not practicing are 2 different things.
13:50
Kise is calling him that as a way to show respect and acknowledgement. He is always adding the "cchi" to the names of the people he respects
The reveal of Aomine's street ball is always so raw and fantastic!
Saying that Aomine was playing 50% feels very generous haha, with the ease he pulls his insane moves it sure feels like it's way less than that xD.
Thanks for listening to our comments coach! 😄
Thanks for leaving comments !
Aominee is my fav. character in this anime.
The discusion on which player is the best is never ending. Without entering spoiler territory, players play considerably into their position mold because the idea of positionless basketball doesn't exist neither more modern strategies(like midorima getting 1 or 2 screens only). So the question usually is what position is more important center? point guard? power forward?
Really enjoyed you going back and forward more if needed. And, for last, reminder that kise puts -cchi at the end of players he respects as a nickname.
the hidden best miracle happens in the movie. its kise
appreciate you paying more attention to the lines! there really are a lot of details and nuances that can be easily missed in this anime and you can lose the full flavor of the show
try to check out ace of diamond. its one of the most realest baseball and sports anime pyscology and mentality and technique. i dont know why nobody does a reaction to it
Thanks for the reaction!Aomine my favorite, finally he's here.
YES THE LONG VERSION OF SNACK TIME!!! I LOVE IT!
😋😋😋
Yes, the scratchy shadows are supposed to be an intense expression. But it's also because this series was made by the same people that made Haikyuu.
i think aomine's play style is based on kobe
Can't wait ep 19
Sometimes i really wonder.
What if knb had or was remake with a better animation.
finally a new reaction🎉
I feel like Aomine is still the best player.
He was definitely the best player in middle school and we don’t know it in high school because of how lazy he become.
imagine coach watching “never pause naruto”
So bluelock reaction whenn?
Ao Ashi is the better football anime, blue lock is okay but ao ashi is just a lot more realistic, more matured, has better story. Blue lock however is more like fantasy football like what kuroko no basuke is, it appeals more to teenagers with it's angsty artstyles.
Sensei, Do you like Beisbol?
Not really. BUT a good anime fans make any sport interesting 😊😊
Aoimine was the top scorer of the miracles but their point guard is the best player. Will be a while before he makes an entrance.
stop spoiling. also, its up for debate who is the best. some people say aomine is the best, some say kise, just let coach donny come to his own conclusion
not only is aomine not the best, if everyone in the GoM were playing at thier best, he'd be the 4th best, only being better than midorima and kuroko
Well there's a spicy take if I've ever seen one.
@@Complexxx123 it is true if we accept the fact he refuse to train and dont want to get better
I usually put him 3rd in my rankings of the original 5 by the end of it.
Aomine is a problem
