As a guy that danced for 8 years, this is the hardest fucking thing to do. I learned how to do a couple breakdancing moves before I figured out how to do a fraction of that stuff, and it takes a level of cardio that can only be attained by devoting your life to the craft

When I was a kid I took this form of dancing for granted but now as an adult it simply blows my mind at the difficulty of it and how they make it look so easy.
Other forms of folk dance might be physically demanding to some extent and maybe do similar moves here and there, but they are no match when it comes to the jumps, leaps, spins, and alternating pistol squats (don't know the moves by name) seen on this video.
Best dances are from Ukraine. And the most exciting. And the most varied. And the most thrilling. And the most beautiful. I'm running out of superlatives!!!!!!
