(TLDR for those who don't want in depth, aim to the right of your opponent to fix your dash missing) go into your reticle settings and set one up for magik specifically and set your Center Gap to 40 and ALWAYS aim for the left most side of it to be center mass of your target, you will. NEVER miss another dash or Sword beam again unless your hand spasms and you flick weirdly. The 3rd Person Camera really fucks with us melee hero's dashes and this is basically a super consistent way to fix that. NOW i can finally no life rank having FINALLY found a solution to this.

I did hear about this and definitely need to practice moving it to the right
Magik is one of my favorite characters right now. She's so fun. Also, eldritch armor is the best skin in the game. Second only to green scar.

Hey some advice. Try canceling her main swing with a follow up pistol whip/ melee attack. Use 1 portal to attack then 1 to flee (if needed) gl
