Nah its not a nerf. 40% dmg reduc is still large and with 350 health its always better universally. Means healing from supports matter even more. Also less chances for enemies to pop your passive outside combat. I would even argue Wolverine should be left as is. His performance is not bad, however with the new Storm buffs (and Storm funnily being the one hero that wolverine cant tackle out of the air), Wolverine buffs feel warranted by the devs. I wanna see how the Storm v Wolverine matchups go
